What stands out from Annora Villas Seminyak is the staff's attention to detail and the extent they will go to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Front desk reception is available 24/7 that means we could request for drinking water even at night. We stayed in the one bedroom villa and could not find a fault with the room. The room had everything you needed, and the daily snacks, pyjamas, beach towels and beach bag were a nice touch of care and detail too. The options for breakfast were as diverse as they were delicious; portions were just right too. The villa is walking distance to the beach and several great restaurants and bars, as well as the main shopping street. We cannot recommend this villa enough.

Tucked away from the busy streets of Bali- Seminyak and conviniently located just a short walk from the beautiful Seminyak beach, cafes, restaurants and shops, is this little hidden gem- the boutique hotel Annora Villas ❤️
Our minds were blown away by the humble chique, very comfortable, relaxing and luxury accomodation and the outstanding staff hospitality of Annora Villas Seminyak. We felt warmly welcomed and looked after during every minute of our 5 day stay. Everything was perfect- we staued in a 2 level Villa with spacious very clean rooms, airconditioned and furnished with quality Bali furniture, modern tapware, comfortable beds, spa and good sized private pool. Rooms were serviced and replenished daily. The whole place is beautifully decorated and has a charming highlight on sustainability with use of only natural materials (even the straws offered are made from rice and tapioka!). Breakfast was delicious with good variety of healthy and traditional choices, served with the hotels trademark kindness and heartwarming hospitality 🙏
Not to mention that the hotel is home to the amazing Bhava Spa Seminyak offering relaxing massage and spa packages in a very cozy, peaceful, friendly and clean facility above the restaurant. Welcome and farewell tea and cookies freshly made daily ( I even asked for the Ginger tea recipe! YUM!) Massage was fantastic, I felt insantly rejuvenated and refreshed. The exclusive oils used leave skin soft and with a gentle scent of exotic flowers. Spa package includes a warm relaxing flower bath. Highly recommend the experience, I had a Balinese massage and the Annora Harmony Spa package.
Thank you so much Ani, Komang, Putra, Mudiasihfor and everyone else from Annora for making our Bali holiday truly wonderdul and one we will remember with love forever. We will come again!

Everything at Annora Villas is nice. The first thing is on a super quiet street. Seminyak is a very lively town, with a lot of traffic and many people going from here to there. Well, here you can rest very peacefully because it is on a residential street, but a few minutes walk from the beach or restaurants, shops, etc. From the welcome they make you feel special and they take care of all the details. We were in a room, not in a villa. The decoration is super careful, with Balinese fabrics and accessories, everything is clean and in perfect condition. They have amenities and a beach bag, towels, hats and flip flops that they lend you during your stay. The mattress is super comfortable, and to make sure you sleep well, they come in the afternoon to open your bed, refresh the room, and put in an anti-mosquito plug. They clean the room every day and replace everything, even the fruit they leave for you when you welcome you. They offer free workshops to learn, for example, how to make bracelets. They teach you things about Balinese culture, which I think is a perfect and very nice extra. And well, breakfast deserves a separate chapter. It is super complete and varied. There is a menu where you can choose from a lot of variants. They make delicious fruit juices, the bowls with fruits and cereals, the eggs benedict deserve a special mention. They will also arrange transportation to the airport or excursions to other places. If you go to Seminyak you can't go wrong by choosing them. Ani and her team will make you feel better than at home. We stayed at Annora Villas for a week with our 15 month old son. We were initially trepidatious about travelling with a young infant, but the staff at Annora were all warm, friendly, helpful and considerate, and made the entire trip a very enjoyable one. Special mention goes out to Sara and Marlina who were both so good with our son. The villa room we stayed in was modern, spacious and immaculately clean, with a highlight being the private pool and outdoor bath and shower. The main pool area is beautiful and well maintained. Daily traditional activities such as making a farmers hat or bracelet were fun. The restaurant was affordable, and good for breakfast and all day dining with both western and local dishes on the menu. There is also a day spa on site, although we didn't use it. Location of the villas was a big plus, centrally located in Seminyak but slightly off the main strip so not noisy at night, yet close enough on foot for restaurants, shops and the beach, and easy to head to beach clubs or Kuta by motorbike or cab.

Wow. What a fantastic 2 nights stay at Annora!! The hospitality, the room (is to die for!!!), food, pool and the cultural activities was such a lovely touch!! As a solo traveller I really appreciated these small activities, it’s the only time I get to socialise with other ppl :D The beach is only a 6mins walk away and close to shops and convenience stores. The room was very clean, the shower was great with good pressure, 2 bottles of drinking water was provided and topped up every day. My room was very quiet also, as we’re tucked away from the main Street there’s not too much noise from traffic/bars, I had a fantastic sleep! I was worried I would get bitten my mozzies but they spray the room 6-8pm everyday so I was absolutely fine!
The staff have been amazing since the minute I got here and took care of all my needs. I forgot to pack my Apple mains plug to charge my phone, they found one lent to me for the duration of my stay. A special shout out to Komang, she looked after the minute I got to Annora - always friendly, polite and has a beautiful smile! Suanda, Putra, Ratana and Ani, thank you, you guys have been wonderful!!!
I’m genuinely sad I couldn’t stay for longer as they were fully booked, if I come to Bali again I will definitely stay here… for longer :) Thank you for making my stay such a happy experience filled with great memories.

Five stars are not enough for this accommodation, with meticulous attention to detail, well-appointed rooms, and a wealth of activities for guests.
The location of the accommodation is quiet and secluded, making it even better as it is located in an alley just off the busy street. It's not on the main street, so it's not noisy, and it's not far from downtown and the beach, so it's a great location for relaxing or sightseeing. You can reach the beach by walking from the accommodation down the alley for about 5-7 minutes.
The rooms are in the form of a villa, so unlike existing room-type hotels, privacy is guaranteed and it feels more like a cozy home. There is nothing lacking in the room, and everything you need is provided in the sofa, bedroom, and bathroom. I especially liked the bathroom amenities. In the Bali accommodations I've stayed in, the bathroom amenities were of poor quality or did not smell good, so I brought my own, but Anora's amenities were all excellent.
Above all, the best thing about this accommodation is the staff's attentiveness. From the time of check-in, we check the guest's name, and every time we see each other afterwards, we smile and call them by their name and check if they are doing well and if they are missing anything. They check the weather for the next day and write it in your room in advance, and give you a leaf letter with your name on it when you eat breakfast. The various cultural experience programs that I could participate in every morning were also a meaningful and good experience.
It was such a great time that I would want to stay again if I come to Seminyak again. Thank you to Ani, the accommodation manager, Komang and all the staff who always welcomed us with a smile.

I usually don't write reviews for hotels, but I felt compelled to share my appreciation for the team at Annoras Villas in Seminyak. Annoras Villas is a super well-maintained accommodation that may not be overly extravagant, but it offers a wonderfully relaxing environment. The facilities and rooms were great, but the true highlight was the staff.
Ade, Komang, Mudiash, Devi, Suanda, Yuni, and Parini were always incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed and providing exceptional hospitality. They are the best staff and truly shine at Annoras Villas.
I am grateful for their kindness and look forward to returning on my next visit!

l couldn't find any expression to tell my stasfaction. I travel often and this is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. Everything is more than excellent. The staff is amazing. The hotel is very clean. Very good location. Walkable to beach (10-15 minutes) They always serve food. They welcome you with special coconut juice in coconut and fresh towels. At the same time there offer afternoon tea with some snacks. Breakfast is so delicious and many options. They also hold actives to introduce local Balinase culture. This is bonus of hotel. There is also mosquito fogging program which makes you so comfortable. I would like to special thank to dear Ani, Marlon, Komang and Marlina. They all warm-hearted people. I wish I could stay more in this hotel. If you look for hotel in Seminyak, you should go there blindingly.

An excellent place to stay - home from home but even better. Annora Villas contacted us before we left to arrange pickup and made our transition seamless. We were greeted warmly and given refreshments in the taxi. On our arrival we were again welcomed with treats, a wonderful drink and a tour of our accommodation even though it was very late in the evening. Breakfast here is extensive and freshly prepared and the presentation is faultless. The food delicious. Throughout our stay the staff performed little personal touches, left little gifts in the villa and couldn’t do enough for us. Most unexpected but so lovely. They pride themselves on their culture and have morning sessions where you can participate in activities such as making traditional bracelets, saris and hats. We loved staying at Annora Villas and are currently planning in bringing the rest of our family out to experience the hospitality here. Such a great location and so central. Excellent is the best way to describe our stay at Annotate villas. The rooms are clean, modern, but you still feel as if you are in Bali. The pool is lovely, but I must say the staff is top notch. The manager Ani makes you feel as if you are family. The food is the best we’ve had in our stay in Bali! The breakfast is delicious, and the afternoon tea was always a Taste adventure. Dinner was also wonderful. The attention to detail from the welcome you receive when arriving, rooms, and the restaurant are 5 star. The location is close to the beach on a quiet side street, and when you enter the villas you feel as if you are in a calm, serene space. We enjoyed Annora villas so much that we are staying again at the end of our trip to Bali.

It’s fairly close to the beach, we pretty much walked everywhere around Seminyak
The staff are amazing, we loved our stay at Annora. We will definitely stay there again.
