I first found out about Bliss one year ago and couldn't get it out of my mind, so decided it was time to visit paradise! I had trouble choosing which of the sanctuaries to stay at as all looked equally fantastic, but was lucky enough to experience all three, with Villa Peace being my third. This was my first time travelling solo abroad and certainly won't be my last. If you're worried about being on your own, there is absolutely no need to be. Everything throughout my stay from start to finish was thought of. On arrival, you are greeted by your beautiful hostess. Even though I had previously seen pictures of the villa, I was still wowed with the impression it made on me. The personal touches such as your initial made out of frangipani flowers on your bed make you feel extra special. The quality and comfort of the food to the rooms and everything in between is of the highest standard. I can honestly say the bed is the comfiest I have ever slept in. There are just two bedrooms here, perfect if you're wanting stillness. Having sampled most of the menu during my stay, my absolute favourite was beef rendang and of course nasi goreng. The communal evening meals are a highlight of mine as it's a chance to talk with everyone while sharing the delicious fresh food, all lovingly prepared. You are treated like a queen by all of the staff who are such lovely, warm people. The drivers are amazing too and like your personal bodyguards, always making sure you are safe. Any activities you wish to take part in are organised for you in advance. A big thank you to Widya and Riska. Hugs to Yanti :) In house yoga is optional but I chose sleep instead! I selected reflexology as my final treatment, sad to be leaving but refreshed for my journey back home. You don't need an excuse to come here, every woman deserves this treat. My friends and I experienced nothing but calm, comfort and an accommodating staff at Villa Peace. The Villa was sufficiently sized, and Yanti’s dishes were delicious! We never felt like we needed to eat elsewhere to get a lovely, locally sourced meal. The body work and yoga were wonderful as well. I highly recommend Bliss and Villa Peace!

What a phenomenal experience! In my opinion, Bliss deserves more than 5 stars. From the food to the accommodations, everything was perfect. But what truly made this trip unforgettable was the people who worked here. Everyone was so kind. Hugs were given when you said good morning, and they genuinely treated us like family. First of all, Bali is beautiful! Bliss supplies you with a driver to take you anywhere you would like to go. Suriana, our driver, was so friendly and informative! He took pictures of us everywhere and made us feel very safe on the business Balinese streets! My favourite experience with Suriana was at Tirta Empul, a water temple. We got to go inside the healing waters and he took so many pictures of this very neat experience. His wife even made us beautiful offerings for the temple while we were there. The accommodation was spectacular. We had a group of 4, all with our own king size bed. AC throughout the villa and a beautiful oasis in the backyard with a pool and different lounging areas. While I didn’t feel unsafe at all while anywhere in Bali, they make sure you are secure with night guards. They were lovely!! We took part in yoga almost every day, which was provided! Yuni was our fantastic yoga instructor and came right to our backyard! The treatments!!! Popy and Trisna gave each of us an 1.5 hour massage every day, then we had a choice of another shorter treatment each day (pedi, mani, reflexology, body scrub). You are definitely pampered when you’re here!! The hostesses, Riska and Widya, provided us with phenomenal communication making sure all of our needs were met and schedules made. We began and ended our stay with a personalized note. They truly know how to make you feel special. They recommend different tours and healers that are excellent suggestions. I took part in a tarot card reading, colourpuncture and a guided sound healing medication at the pyramid of Chi. Each experience was unforgettable! The biggest shout out goes to our chef and now friend for life, Yanti. She cooked/cleaned for us every single day. All fresh, healthy made to order dishes. I am going to miss her cooking! Her skills in the kitchen were just a perk. She is truly a beautiful, kind soul. Always a big smile and an open heart. I can honestly say this was a life changing experience and highly recommend Bliss to anyone who is interested. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel pampered and appreciated. I had a wonderful 8 days at Villa Peace. I was welcomed at the airport by Suriana who drove me promptly to the villa. I arrived late at night so dinner was left for me in the fridge which was very much appreciated. A massage was booked for me for the next morning so that was something nice to look forward to after a long 17 hour flight! Props to Suriana for his driving skills as Bali roads are hectic!! During my stay Suriana took me to Tannah Lot to see the sunset and shopping. It was great to have a local person accompany me. He also taught me a lot about the country as we passed different temples and sights. On another day, one of the villas freelance drivers took me to the beach, to a Balinese healer and shopping. He waited until I was done and he was very friendly. Again, he taught me about the local area and he made my day out fun. All the staff at the villa were so lovely and were genuinely interested in getting to know me. Yanti made amazing food and she learnt what I liked and some days she had already made my favourite drink before i had asked for it. I also felt a bit poorly on some days and she made me some great hot drinks to make me feel better. Yanti also knew I loved a midnight snack so she ensured the fridge was always stocked with chocolate! On days where I was out all day Yanti would make me a packed lunch which was greatly appreciated! The unlimited treatments that I received at the villa were great and very relaxing. I felt there were lots of treatments to pick from and I was spoilt for choice. So a special shout out to Julia, Poppy and Trishna. I liked how i could decide what to do each day and Widya would arrange things and I would have to just turn up. It was nice not having to plan everything by myself. I was also able to swap activities in my package so i appreciated the flexibility. Riska, also visited a couple of times to check that everything was ok and to help me plan my schedule. She was very friendly and helpful! The secruity were also very nice and it was good to know if I needed anything late at night there was someone that I could contact. The other guests at the villa were great and it was nice to meet like minded people from around the world. The rooms were beautiful and I love how the rooms at villa peace have an upstairs lounge area. I also enjoyed watching the Tv in the shared lounge and reading the many books. Also added touches like providing me with a phone throughout my stay was very much appreciated. This was my first time in Bali and I am glad it was via Bliss Sanctuary as getting to know the country through those who are local was a truly special experience. Traveling by yourself and going to a new country so far away can be daunting. However, i am glad that i got to experience Bali whilst staying at Villa Peace. Words cannot express how amazing our experience at Villa Peace was! My friend and I spent 6 wonderful days here and didn’t want to leave. We felt so relaxed and at peace during our stay - a brand new experience for us both. The rooms are very well appointed and everything is kept clean to a high standard All of the staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. A special thanks to Riska who was such a joy and so helpful with our daily plans. I had a wonderful 6 days stay at Villa Peace. Everything was impeccable. This was a self-care trip to recharge myself. The staff at the Villa ensured that I had a restful stay. I was taken care from the moment I arrived at the airport. I didn't have to worry about getting to the Villa as airport transfer was provided. Every meal was absolutely yummy and nutritious. Yanti does all the magic in the kitchen. She knows that I enjoy spicy food and made different kinds of chilli sauce from scratch. She also remembers all my dietary requirements and my likes and dislikes. She is such an amazing cook. I was well-fed during my stay. I am going miss her cooking so much. Spa treatments were absolutely pampering sessions. Trisna and Popy are so skillful. I looked forward to the daily sessions. Yuni was the yoga instructor who conducted the daily yoga session. A week out of the Ordinary into the Extraordinary, Villa Peace offered it all from a Private apartment, (one of two at Peace) and beautiful decor to the simply amazing Hostess/ Housekeeper extraordinaire Yanti who delighted my tastebuds daily with her extensive culinary skills, her joy and laughter. This time for me was one of much-needed rest and recovery and the daily Yoga sessions under Yuni's experienced care and eye, helped me move again. The daily massage treatments under the healing hands of Poppy's team of beautiful masseuses worked on once-immovable knots. Alfons, the experienced Acupuncturist explained the blockages and as if this weren't enough, my greatest healing came in the hands of two extraordinary therapists, Henry and Ni Nengah whose ground-breaking, Esogetic Colourpuncture Therapy helped clear lifetimes of dross while correcting and connecting imbalances throughout my body systems. This vacation was top notch - the villa is a little sanctuary in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. The villa is beautiful and has gorgeous furnishings, but the best part of the stay is the people. The hostesses Whitya and Anita took care of our every need and scheduled all of our activities. Our driver Suriana was a fantastic source of knowledge. But most importantly Yanti - the chef and housekeeper- was absolutely outstanding. She is an amazing cook and is a completely delightful person. Her food is off the charts delicious. When our friend got sick she was right there - making teas and doing vitamin rubs for the ‘Bali belly’. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. One caveat - don’t overschedule yourselves with outside activities - just luxuriate in being taken care of by Yanti and getting your treatments by Trishnya. 100% will stay here again.…

Dear Alison, Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience at Bliss. We're overjoyed to hear that your vacation with us was top-notch and that you found Villa Peace to be a sanctuary amidst the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. We are thrilled that you enjoyed the gorgeous furnishings and beautiful luxurious rooms that are completely renovated and designed by our founder Zoë herself. She wants to create a space where guests can have peace, relaxation, and retreat. Our amazing team is the heart and soul of Bliss, and we’re delighted that our hostesses Widya and Anita, as well as our driver Suriana, took such good care of you throughout your stay.
