My stay at Yubi Villas was exemplary - from the service provided (in particular from Yuda, Kiiran & Gusti) to the cleanliness of the property; both common areas and own villa, the communication between the hosts and guests and the facilities that were offered. The location of this property is perfect to be able to walk anywhere you want to go in Seminyak. Restaurants, convenience stores, pubs and of course, Petitenget Beach only a stones throw away.

There is repair work being done in the front of this property but don’t be put off. The villas to the rear are still excellent and the price was very reasonable. The bedrooms are spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. Our bathroom was massive with a large bath, a shower and double vanity. It was also well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers. The private outdoor pool and walled garden was an amazing retreat from the crowds. It had covered day bed and a pair of wooden sun loungers.
The service was exceptional. All the staff (and especially Yuda the manager), did everything they could to make our stay wonderful.
A strong recommend.
On a side note take your bug spray as Bali has a lot of greenery and therefore mosquitos.

I am so grateful to the staff for the experience I had while staying at Yubi for 4 days. It was my first solo trip to Bali, and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. This location is prime in Seminyak, everything was safe and walkable. The villa is spacious, clean, quiet, safe, and just as pictured. But mostly I felt so welcomed and supported by the staff, especially Yuda who is so friendly and helped me get around and arrange my excursions and adventures, which isn't as easy for a solo traveler. It was as though I was the only person staying here, everyone knew my name upon passing and conversation, and the place was fully booked. Staying at Yubi was my first impression of Bali, and I'm forever grateful. It will always be a meaningful and memorable experience as a result.

We booked a villa with 4 rooms for 3 nights. The air conditioner of all rooms were not cool enough and particularly one room is really bad. We literally sweat in the room even at night.
We complained, the villa did send technicians to do something, and claimed it is solved, but, it is not.
We finally managed to book another villa next day and moved out next day.
We complained,to the management, whom agreed to refund for one night of stay.
However, we don’t receive any refund after 3 months. I asked for proof of refund but the management could not produce any. They simply said there is nothing he can do. Terrible.

We booked one week in this hotel in September 2019, our villa was amazing, everything clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. And the price is very good versus quality, service, location. I highly recommended but don’t ask for drivers to make you tour, it is cheaper outside.

The hotel strategically located in Petitenget near nice restaurants and only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The room is big with decent size fool and nice garden. However the room need some upgrade as the everything looks a bit rundown although pretty clean.

Wonderful location close to many restaurants bars and shops. We were upgraded to the 4 bedroom villa which was at the back of the property. Although we were in a busy area we could not hear any people or traffic. Yubi staff were so accomodating and friendly especially Bagus and his team. Would definitely stay again.

Nice pool and garden, but the accommodation itself was grotty & poorly maintained. Broken basin, dilapidated kitchen, outdoor shower busted & inoperable. Tough 2 years in Bali for sure, so perhaps the poor maintenance is understandable, but not cleaning for guests is just lazy.

Hi. Apologies for the late reply. Details of the spa packages are on the website. Cost depends on type and time. You obviously pay more than what is available on the street, however you are paying for the convenience of not having to travel.

1. You have to have your own stock for your baby. There some mini market which open 24 hours within surrounding area
2. We serve breakfast in each villa which has dining and kitchen area.
3. There are electric kettle in each villa so you can make yourselves for warm water.
4. Our reception and security available 24 X 7, ready to assist our guests.
