The service provided by all staff at The Haven was outstanding. Everyone was so polite, the amenities were first class, the morning breakfast was of the highest standard and quality. Highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to Bali. The location is perfect and facility's are fantastic. Food is amazing especially the breakfast and dinners. In all honesty, the only reason I’d even rate this hotel a one star is for the staff, who were friendly and polite. This hotel is loud, run down, and nowhere near a 4 star. It’s not clean, and the lighting in the room is appalling. Breakfast is very ordinary, and the facilities are outdated and need work. We knew as soon as we walked into our junior suite that we weren’t going to get much sleep. There were earplugs in the room, as people obviously complain about the noise all the time! Whilst the location is reasonable, there is a club across the street who play loud music until 1am every night. The swimming pool is small, and due to the surrounding buildings, doesn’t get much sun. When I mentioned to several staff members that it wasn’t very relaxing in our room due to the constant noise, they just laughed. Obviously happens all too often and they are clearly sick of hearing it. The bottom line is, we even checked out for a night and went to a five star resort in Nusa Dua just to get some peace and quiet. Don’t stay at the Haven. Having been to Bali more than 10 times, you can certainly do far better!…

We have stayed at The Haven many times and each time it has been wonderful. The General Manager Wayan runs a very smooth operation and ensures you have a very memorable holiday. The staff would be the most friendliest and caring we have encountered in the past 15 years of travelling to Bali .With a special mention to restaurant staff Endang,Ayu,Desi,Sugi,Yasa Sara,and Novi. We highly recommend The Haven as it is close to restaurants, beach,shops. Can't wait to return. Bruce and Patricia.

We paid to stay in villa with 2 bedrooms. One of the bedroom AC air condition was not working and two nights we couldn't sleep well, we sweat all night due non AC working they tried to repair but no results. From 1st night onwards we have been requesting to change to other room but no help we got. on last night after confronting the manager late night they agreed to move to other room . But we couldnot accept as couldn't leave my family (daughters behind alone to move to other place). In short felt we wasted time and money and spoilt our stay without any comfort and peace.

The room was worn and tired looking unlike the photos which was disappointing on arrival. The staff at the hotel were lovely. We enjoyed the pool, and the restaurant food is very good. We did the cooking class and it went for almost 5 hours which was too long, it was fun but just too long in November heat.
