Excellent, comfortable and luxury room fittings with electric curtain, big shower area and good water pressure. Very nice afternoon tea and delicious chinese cuisine, but not for the under expectation Italian restaurant. Pricy for foreigners, but very value for local ID. (More than double prices)

Dear Boonchai L, Pleased to hear your feedback and thank you for your taking your time to do so. We take note of the comment made on Spaghettini’s restaurant pricing. The menus available at Spaghettini are mostly an adaptation from past promotions with featuring restaurants and chefs. Hence prices are slightly higher as we depict the original dishes served during...

They first said this was the only 6 star hotel but that was propaganda. It's quite opulent and impressive with large rooms but it's getting old. It's not a disappointing hotel but it's not what it pretends to be. It is also away from the sightseeing. I'd choose a hotel more in the center for sightseeing convenience. ;) It does...

Dear ChampagneVie, The hotel’s location is slightly away from the city centre but it is really easy to get to the town. With hotel shuttle service, taxis or hop on to the public bus that goes from the hotel to the town for just a B$1 per way. Thank you again for your comments and we have to see you...

as it was school holidays and hari raya celebrations, my family visited the empire hotel...... the weekend offer was simply irresistible price-wise, so we decided to check-in impromptu..... checking-in was a rather slow process, we almost changed our mind about staying..... the kids enjoyed their time in the pool..... i had light snacks courtesy of zest, and enjoyed people watching.......

I like the hotel for its tranquility, its closeness to the ocean. Room and surroundings are clean, with friendly staff. If you like greenery, there are many varieties of flora. Indoor swimming pool, ocean-facing pool and lagoon facing pool. Simply relaxing. Food options are limited though, but hey that's just a small glitch for all the plus points you get....

This hotel is a luxury hotel and honestly I love staying here. The compound itself is huge and the rooms were huge too! I stayed in the Ocean View room and loved laying around the big balcony while catching some ocean breeze and sleeping to the sound of the waves. We stayed at the Empire for a transit stop. Arrived and check in was smooth... Except initially thought we were due to pay despite having paid in advance. This was quickly acknowledged.
