We booked to stay for 6 nights, and we were settled in the Leopard Room. We opted for B&B but self-catering for the rest of the stay. Dave & Amanda provided a friendly welcome and a very flexible attitude to using the cooking facilities in their kitchen outside breakfast times. We washed up our dishes and cookware, although they said...

Amanda and her husband Dave have been quietly building, around them, a community of diverse, old and young, multi-racial and multi-class, friends and family. This family become very much a part of the holiday experience that one finds in Swellendam. Impangele, their B & B cottage encapsulates their personality to the T. The cottage is open, friendly and quirky, with...

We were spoiled by Dave and Amanda, they were really involved and yet offered privacy. The rooms are indeed amusing with the decorations(we had the leopard room). A beautiful, quiet environment with many things to do, just ask the hosts:)

We enjoyed our stay at the Zebra featured room, which was spacious and comfortable. The only thing missing was a real alive zebra 😁 Dave is a great host and the breakfast he served compare up there with the best. To see the birds drinking and have fun within 2 metres from our table shows the tranquillity of the place....

This is a lovely place to stay. I hesitate to refer to it as a "B and B" as it is much more than that. It is a home with a lovely atmosphere which you are privileged to share. Of course your room is private (we had the leopard room, the clue is in the name!). In addition, you have...

My family and I stayed in Impangele for 1 night. The host were wonderful with a real treat for breakfast but we didn't enjoyed much the family room. It was cold on that day and th place wasn't warm enough, especially after you get out of shower. The WiFi didn't work in the room well which was a bit annoying...

First time ive ever done more then drive through Swellendam. What a gorgeous suburb Impangele is in. Had absolutely breathtaking walks around the neighbourhood. The namesake Guinea fowl abound. Although B&B "pokey" very very adequate and comfortable. Filter coffee machine and grounds VERY appreciated! Gardens (slightly dull in May) I can only imagine how beautiful they must be in full...

We had a wonderful stay in the giraffe room (absolutely loved how all the rooms were decorated according to theme). The house has a homey atmosphere, attention to detail, delicious breakfast, stunning views, caters to all of your needs and the hospitality was top-notch. Situated in Swellendam which is a beautiful town that most people drive through, but it's definitely...

We had one of our nicest South-African experience in Impangele. The hosts Dave & Amanda were super-nice and the rooms adorable. Our son fell in love with the Leopard room. We even had to find a similar Leopard toy after our stay for him. The hosts even made the effort to send us a photo of the toy and directions...
