It was our third visit to Klein Oliphants, our last was 12 years ago. This time we stayed for two nights and were expecting the same high standard that we experienced on our previous visits. We were disappointed. Our room had been done to a high standard when it was converted originally - we had a private roof terrace with...

What a lovely spot. Right in the center of everything with fabulous restaurants no more than five minutes away. I had a Jacuzzi room with an absolutely stunning view of the hills and mountains around Franschhoek. Breathtaking. But the key here is the staff. They could not be more accommodating whether it was getting a glass of wine for you...

Recently stayed here for the night with my family and it was absolutely delightful. The room was super comfortable, beautifully decorated and all our needs graciously met. It is in a fantastic position - within meters of the centre of town, but quiet and quaint. The only negative was that we could only stay for one night.

We loved our two nights here. Very quaint and homely but with all the comforts of a modern hotel. Certainly retains a lot of the old charm and character of the building. Breakfasts were lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This is a lovely little hotel, with all the staff being very helpful and friendly. The only thing stopping me giving a full 5/5 is my room was upstairs and the ceiling was angled with the roof. so when you are walking around you have to lean over. Unfortunately a feature that cannot be helped, but there are other rooms...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was beautifully furnished, staff were helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was great. The staff also made an effort to ensure we enjoyed our time in the area, taking time to recommend activities that they thought we would like.

Wonderful school room door onto small stream with table and chairs in garden A lovely log fire was lit for us in the eve....perhaps 2 more comfortable chairs would have been better than the pale covered french style - gorgeous but impractical we covered them with towels so not to spoil them...as we like to relax and sit down in...

Enjoyed another stay at Klein Oliphants Hoek. We booked late and had rooms 1and 2. Roomy and big bathrooms. Great breakfast. Only downside was our rooms were off the lounge room and we could hear staff talking while we were resting in the afternoon. Otherwise great.
