If you wish to get away from it all this is the place! An extremely well equipped cottage - we stayed in Lavender Cottage and it was wonderful. You are very near the hub of Franschhoek and yet in less than 5 minutes you are back sitting on the veranda sipping a glass of wine taking in the magnificent view....

Blueberry hill cottages are by far one of the best places to stay. Location wise and also facilities. Beautiful cottages overlooking the grass and pool and vines is the perfect setting to relax and unwind. We will definitely be back to stay at blueberry hill cottages

This cottage could not be better situated, at the top of the valley and ringed by mountains. The cottage is spacious and recently done up (except the kitchen), and well equipped for a relaxing stay. Richard and family were really warm and welcoming, and we felt we could have happily spent our whole holiday in this one place.

If you are looking for a lovely retreat in the Cape, this is hard to beat. Set on a wine fram, it is ideally placed to explore the town its LG and the surrounding area. Lovely and comfortable and especially targeted at self catering, leaving you open to try all the local delicacies.

Seldomlings use the word amazing.....but the view from the cottage certainly is!. Furnishings comfy.....Kitchen, bathroom and TV (if you even want to watch it with the outside view so spectacular) could use some fixing up....but owner said that that is on the agenda. Overall a great stay in a town thta offers so mayn culinary delights

Very happy to have found such a lovely and well appointed cottage just on the edge of main town. A very comfy bed, always so important when away from home. Cottages were very private, quite and surrounded with vines etc. The owners meet and greet was helpful as we were new to the area and were thankful for restaurant recommendations...

Stayed here during Bastille festival.Close to town but feels like you are miles away from civilization.Beautiful rooms and the cottages have all the amenities. However there is a bit of a dirt road up to the place, so rather not drive with your low range sports car if possible.

We loved this place! So cosy, lovely interiors, plenty of wood for the cold days. Lovely home helper and very friendly approachable owners who were not intrusive and let us be. Our children (6,5,2) didn't want to leave the house! Esp one who loved their dog, rocky. Great location. Sad to leave!

What a wonderful cozy place. We had a reunion of 3 of my best friends from the US, and Argentina and this place allowed us each a room to ourselves, kitchen to cook and a view that took our breath away. It was close to town and other winery's it could not have been better. The owner was so kind...

We had a great stay at Blueberry Hill! Great located between the vineyards, with stunning views, just 3 Minutes to Franschoek Main Rd, you really can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very spacious. Thank you Richard and Silvana for your warm hospitality.

“All the cottages have spectacular views and are situated around the pool area.”

“There are two cottages - both extremely beautiful and overlooking the same beautiful scenery. Both are private, with private entrances, patios, and it feels like you are alone in the world. The cottages are attached to each other, so you don't look into another cottage. We normally choose Lavender cottage, but they are both gorgeous!!!!”
