We had one of the affordable older chalets, these are basic but ok (in winter/spring). No power at night so it will get hot in summer. The riverbed facing cottages seemed much newer and nicer, but also significantly more expensive. Fresh bread and (tasty!) roosterkoek...More

This camp was our pick of the 3 in the park....beautiful elevated tents which were quite spacious inside. Basic power for lighting, but no recharging of cameras etc. Bore water only. The tents were in a great position looking over a valley. During the night...More

Up front: this is not for everyone. The power is out from 10sih-5ish. It gets cold (or hot). The camp has lots of info about scorpions and whatnot, although we saw a lot more by way of squirrels, mongoose, and hornbills trolling about causing trouble....More
