We stayed one night on our trip along the Garden Route . Kirsten was very welcoming and helpful recommending the perfect restaurant on the shore to have dinner that night. We had a nice room which you could have stayed for days as it was set up to self cater if you desired with cooktop etc and nice sized table....

Had an awesome stay here in February 2017 with my best friend. The room was absolutely massive and Kirsten was really helpful. Firstly she had booked a table at a local restaurant for us which was a great idea as we had no idea where to eat out at. there was free parking there on the driveway and a fantastic...

Amazing and truly a luxury guesthouse. Our Garden Route road trip started here, on arrival greeter by the lovely owner, Kirsten. Our suite was beautiful and enough for a family of four. Tastefully decorated suite called, the African suite. Spectacular views of the Indian ocean from the patio and the beach only 900m away. Can't fault the accommodation except maybe...

Funny, the reasons that you choose to go into a restaurant over other seemingly similar ones. Tonight's choice was a chalkboard displaying various dishes with prices. We chose a fish and prawn dish, washed down with a house Chardonnay. It was fantastic...... unpretentious and flavourful.... yeah, we would come back!

Our preferred room is the “Avalon” which has an amazing view over the bay. All rooms are lovely decorated and the beds are very comfortable so you feel...

Stayed here for 2 weeks on business in November 2014. Kirsten and Sven were both amazing. They both made me very welcome. My apartment was stunning. The gardens, pool and views were fantastic. Kirsten is such a warm and king hearted lady. She made me breakfast each morning before going to work at 06.00hrs. You wouldn't get that in the...

We arrived earlier than normal check in time, but we were welcomed by the staff with a cool drink and our room was ready in no time. In the meantime our kids could play at the pool and Kirsten took her time to explain us everything about the area, the best restaurants in town, etc. She knows a lot about...

“Having only seen our room, I believe the African Suite, which was gorgeous, I will leave no preference tip. All rooms have sun on their balcony and overlook the garden and swimming pool. I believe, their are keepsakes in all rooms of Sven and Kirsten's travels that blend in with their theme, so all should be interesting!”
