A friend and I visited Kuzuko Lodge for a two night stay. The dusty road kept its secret until the very end. At the foot of a hill we were met by our guide: a tiny Italian lady. She took us up the hill in a game viewer. We were still not sure where we were heading. And then suddenly we turned a corner and the lodge was there, looking out over a vast vista of rolling hills, mountains and magnificent sky. Our room had a similar view. The tiny Chiara had loads of knowledge about the wide variety of animals, plants and different biomes. PK was a charming host, and the rest of the staff similarly focused on excellent service and friendliness. The food was scrumptious, and they catered 100% for my dietary needs: gluten free vegetarian. All the facilities are luxurious, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The cherry on top was the phone call I received shortly after arriving home again: PK was checking whether we traveled safely back. If I could I would give them 6 stars.…
We love Kuzuko. Outstanding service, clean and neat rooms and all that we need. We got exactly what we went for. To relax, eat good food, drink good wine, family time and quiet bush time. The staff are so friendly and helpful and never complain about our two loud and busy boys but instead chatted to them and welcomed them with open arms.
Our stay was very special. Beautiful views from our rooms. Food excellent and our highlight was seeing Sylvester. What a beautiful Lion. On my sons birthday they surprised my son with a complimentary Chocolate cake . How amazing was that.
We enjoyed the secludedness of this place. Away from the hustle and bustle and many people. The staff are all great and go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you may need. Some pay extra attention to detail, ensuring you are absolutely comfortable. A great place for wheelchair users!
We spend a magical 2 nights at the lodge - peaceful and prefect to unwind. The rooms are perched on a hill over looking a small valley- we were fortunate on our last morning to watch a herd of elephants walk along the valley from the watering and graze on hill. Rooms are beautifully appointed, private with wonderful views. Meals were a treat - the chef prepared each dish perfectly with a variety of fresh ingredients. Excellent dining experience.
