I stayed there with my husband and 2 sons on August 3rd and 4th. It's a typical Wildwood motel - clean, basic, ridiculously expensive, on the beach, decent pool. We have stayed at the Royal Hawaiian and another hotel that I can't remember. All had...More
I just got back from the very Quebec-ian Wildwood Crest. We booked about a month ago and opted for Bristol instead of a cottage on LBI. It cost us about 1400. and we stayed in the largest suite on the 3rd floor. Good points: Excellent...More
First of all, I had to rate this establishment as terrible. It was actually worse than terrible but terrible was the lowest rating I could give. Had I read the reviews prior to making my reservation, I would have NEVER booked this place. The room...More
Well, we chose this place at the last minute because our favorite Crest Hotel was not available. What can I say, room was so so, lumpy beds, very cramped bedroom. We stayed in a 2 room efficiency. The nice thing was that there were two...More

The pool closes by 9 or so. Hanging out on balcony/deck is never a problem, but not many chairs or tables. Not really enough tables for everyone to sit and eat. Pool area is small, there's not a lot of room to move around or walk;especially if kids want to move around or sit and play. My kids never posed a problem with management or getting yelled at. I would keep looking. Diagonally across the street is a place called the compass. They have a little mini golf, shuffle board, ping pong tables and game room. Clean and friendly. First floor rooms would be very accommodating for large groups and I think the rooms have been remodeled with updated kitchens. More kid friendly amenities! Enjoy your trip!!!!!

"All rooms have an ocean view, the 2nd floor is best for families, and the ocean front rooms are more private."
