The only good thing about this place Is the location to the boardwalk. The floor was gross, the hot tub was absolutely filthy, and the bed was uncomfortable. A couple of sandpaper towels in the bathroom with no washcloths or hand towels. No hairdryer either. At least maintenance came and replaced the lightbulb. I won't return.

Air Conditioner does not work, staff didn't have anyone to fix it or another room wasn't available. Refrigerator did not work or the room phone. Staff was unhelpful and sometimes rude that I called for help. Wouldn't make adjustments to bill either for problems they couldn't fix. Worst Place I ever stayed in Wildwood. I only liked the location

The room was clean but no coffee pot in the room. The towels were like sand paper. The was a water leak in the bathroom ceiling. The restaurant food and service was great. The front desk service was good. I would stay here again but bring my own towels.

Been going to the bolero for years for bike week, and sometimes in the fall and winter for a weekend getaway. I've Never had any issues. A place to sleep, shower, swim and socialize. It's always been clean and staff always friendly . I also Like that's it's conveniently located close to the boardwalk and nearby restaurants.

I stayed in the back portion of the hotel. It did look over the pool and I could see the beach, however, the microwave did not work, a light was out and they did not have hair dryers in the bathroom. Not very happy.

We had a great experience! The hotel is clean and the staff was so nice. I really liked our room with a kitchenette in it. The pools were clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the tiki bar at the outside pool :) GREAT PRICE! Great location to the beach and boardwalk
