Clean, close to boardwalk and beach. Right in the middle of it all. Owner is friendly and helpful. His dog is large but very gentle and easy going. O Overall a pretty good experience. We went over Labor Day weekend, the motel was full but by Monday evening we had the place to ourselves. Nice, peaceful, and relaxing!!

BEWARE THE OWNER!! Me, my sister, and her 2 friends were checking out the motel just around the pool area, barely even on the property, when all of the Sudden the owner whose name is Albert Crescenzi, came out of one of the rooms with pepper spray pointed right in our face, screaming profanity, and threatened to beat me up....

The employees at the desk had no customer service what so ever. When we asked them about a hair dryer, they said, 'they burn things'. There was no clock, tissues, phone (to call the desk), the AC ran continuously and there were no controls to adjust the temp. The towels were the WORST ever, rough, dingy looking, thin as paper...

Just some background before I begin. We have stayed at many different kinds of hotels and motels throughout our travels. Some very nice, some middle of the road, and some value properties when we only planned on spending minimal time in the room. This trip fell into the latter category. Our expectations of the Landmark weren't sky high to begin with...

Nice place for families to stay. Super close to the boardwalk, and a really good spot for the fireworks they have at night. Pool is also very good for little kids! Rooms are always clean, and stuff is for the most part super nice. They aren't too big, but good for a family of 4. Parking is sometimes tricky here,...

The gentleman who checked my boyfriend and I in was awesome! If your looking for a modern hotel that's up to date this is not the place but they are in the process!! But less is better to me since I am not spending much time in the room any way! The room was CLEAN and that is most important...

I have been staying at the Landmark for the past few years now for American Legion Convention Weekend in Wildwood. This place is a good shore style motel. The rooms are clean, and they are updating items in the rooms. This year we had a new TV in the room and I know they are making other upgrades as well....

If looking for all the bells and whistles, go elsewhere. If you want a very clean, economical place to stay with a super location, stay here. Just returned from a 2 nite stay with a 8 and 10 yr old. Room was large enough with 2 beds and a pull out sofa, Bath had a tub plus shower, no hair...

I booked another Motel on the whim, but found it to be absolutely horrifying . As i sat in our car contemplating our 4 hr drive home. I looked over and saw the Landmark. They had a room and welcomed us back. The room was awesome, clean and cool. I will never stray again, Landmark!

Stayed here for the first time. It was a bit outdated, but I'm more concerned about cleanliness, and I have no complaints in that department. The room was decent. The reviews about the staff are pretty accurate. They did not treat us with a welcoming attitude, more like we were a bother. However, that's not a huge deal to me,...
