This hotel has the worst internet access ever! Could not access emails, or browse in an uninterrupted way, no matter from which device I was trying. Don't bother calling front desk about it. They won't do anything about it. Was there on business for the first and very last time. Also no gym on premise, you have to go to...

they played games with the pricing and in the end we just ended up cancelling. Was quoted a price and was on hold for 15 minutes then they come back with a price almost $100.00 more for the night. No extras added, made no sense. Did book online as the price is cheaper and locked in. The place needs updating,...

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times in the last couple of years because of business and proximity. The staff was friendly to me and I found the sleeping rooms to be clean, roomy and quiet. The breakfast buffet served each morning is good value. And the Tap Room was a good place to eat and drink...

I have stayed in this hotel several times of the last three years. I have also stayed in two other hotels in the immediate vicinity of this hotel. On balance, this hotel is best value for money. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Service at the reception has been very good lately and the bar is definitely the best bar...

Had the unfortunate need to stay @hotel this week-what bothered me wasn't just the lack of quality of the rooms or cold stale food but the genuine sense of sadness from everyone-no one looks or acts like they want to be here and it shows in everything! It feels like a funeral here! I'm sure this was a beautiful place...

Great place to hang out and listen to some music BUT they need to put back a wooden dance floor and get rid of the carpet!! I've had some great times here! There is even an outside area if you're a smoker. I haven't actually stayed at the hotel, so I can't review it.

Rooms were spacious and appeared to be clean but the bathroom looked a bit beat up - sink cabinet had evidence of a small flood, wallpaper beginning to peel, silicone sealant around the shower apparently put on with a very big thumb, towel rack about to fall off. Bed was comfortable; room was quiet and pleasant. One bedside lamp did...

As mentioned by someone else's review, I had to wait for someone to show up at front desk to check me in. Primary complaints: thermostat has been removed from my room, TV remote didn't work, and mattress was saggy. Old furniture and generally worn out, but spacious. Thank goodness I got my room cheaply on Priceline and only stayed one...

Stayed here for around 5 days. location is ideally suited as very near to major highway and also within walking distance office area. Hotel interiors are also made very tastefully. Though improvement can surely be made on meal options and pricing. Though the bar is evidently a popular spot. Also it is important to enquire at the frontdesk regarding paid...

I stayed here for a night during a quick business trip last year. There was nothing unusual that I experienced other than a housekeeping guy (forgot his name) who went above and beyond to drive me to the nearby 'chipotle' at around 11 PM mentioning that it was not safe for me to have walked. God bless him. The room...
