First the good, excellent location and staff is nice, and I can deal with the on street parking. However...my room had this horrible sickening air freshened smell when I checked in that would make anyone's stomach turn, I asked about it and the air freshened...More

I'm pretty sure The Boardwalk would be one of the first floor units. I've stayed in one called The Atlantic as well, also on the first floor. They have been refurbished because of a winter pipe freeze so almost everything was new. My only complaint was a leaking kitchen faucet. The plumber came and didn't even fix it. The location is great so I put up with it.
