A little over an hour away and a world apart. I have stayed in about 6 different rooms. I have a favorite that I won’t divulge. They are all comfortable and each reflects their owners taste. The Hotel consists of small condos that are rented out when the owner is not there. Spring Lack a marvel. Turn of the century...

Great location to the beach and the quaint town of Spring Lake. It's nice that they include beach badges and try to make them available upon arrival. Staff is very accommodating with a special thanks to Kathy for making our stay very enjoyable.

We had a great visit at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It felt more like a B & B. The location was ideal for us. It's located two blocks from the beach which we enjoyed because it was quiet and serene. It's situated right by a lake. We enjoyed bike-riding and walking into the quaint town...

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It included a continental breakfast which was fine, but nothing fancy. The staff was helpful, but kept to themselves. Some of the places are condos, but I think some of the INN is just that, an INN which rents rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and there is tons to do in the lovely town...

I normally don't respond to surveys, but I feel obligated to comment on our recent stay at the Hewitt Wellington. While the staff were largely polite and helpful, our stay overall was extremely disappointing. I had rented two rooms, one for myself, husband and children, and the other for my parents. Both rooms were suites, and we were charged $360/night/room....

The place is a condo hotel. Each room is individually owned and rented; but managed through a central system, complete with maid service. I booked a room through AirBnB from one of the condo owners. The place is older, in keeping with the style of the neighborhood, but well maintained and equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning and WiFi....

The room was large, but seemed a bit dingy/older. The bed had that plastic sound when you sat on it-- and the bottom sheet kept coming off when I slept because the mattress was thin-- it reminded me of a bed I had in college. I just felt like it could use a bit of an upgrade. I also just...

Just finished up 5 glorious days in Spring Lake at this charming Victorian boutique hotel. Daily continental breakfast in the breezeway includes warm crumb buns and scones from a local bakery and the large wrap around porch is perfect for hanging with family and friends after a day at the beach or a run on the boardwalk. Located alongside a...

This was our third annual summer getaway to the Hewitt Wellington. We initially chose the H-W based on Tripadvisor reviews and our experiences have kept us coming back. The setting on the lake could not be better -- we love the lake view suites -- and it's just a short and scenic walk to either the ocean or around the...

A little pricey but charming. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great. We stayed in room 14 which was roomy and had a private deck. We packed lite since room 14 was on the 3rd floor and there isn't any elevator. Overall room was average.
