The hotel is new and modern, which is why we were surprised to see renovations going on. The hotel is spotless and the staff were extremely responsive and courteous. We were in a king accessible with roll-in shower and it was perfect for our needs. The shower did not drain perfe

Hi, Is the transit from the hotel to NYC good on the weekends? I will be travelling with my family (2 adults and 2 kids). Are there any family passes or is it $10 per person to get to NYC? Regards Satish
Hi! We drove into the city and parked. Google the bus or call the hotel and find out prices.

We are staying in Times Square. But if we stayed the first night at your hotel how long would we be able to park there and how much
If I stay the night before my cruise, can I park my car in your garage for the duration of the cruise?
It should be fine, but, as others have said, I would definitely call the hotel to confirm that it's okay to leave your car there for multiple days, as the garage is shared with other nearby businesses, with one level where hotel guests are allowed to park for free. Last time I was there, I stayed for 2 days and just parked in a spot on that level - no special ticket or registration required by the hotel. It seemed like the security vehicles on patrol were really just there for security, not to ticket people, but again, you should call the hotel to check. (The staff there are super helpful, but if they don't have an answer, the GM's name is Frank, and he's wonderful, so you can always ask for him). Happy travels!

Hi, we would like to stay at your hotel in Oct. We will have a 24 foot RV, will your parking lot accommodate it? Is the parking free? Does the transit bus to Manhattan run 24 hours a day? Thank you!
What kind of breakfast options out there at the bistro and what are the prices like?
Hello Skinonna, We break breakfast into three categories: Fast and Fresh which includes items such as oatmeal with either dried fruits and nuts or banana and orange juice. There are breakfast cereals, granola parfait, ripe strawberries and fresh cut fruit, as well as, a strawberry banana smoothie. Prices can range from $3 to $6. The second category is called Pan and Griddle and includes morning scrambled eggs, thick cut French toast, fried eggs and egg white frittata. Depending on what you order some of the sides can be fresh cut strawberries, sausage, bacon, toast or potatoes. Prices can range from $9 to $16. The final category is sandwiches and can include sunrise starter sandwich with bacon eggs cheddar on an artisan roll. There is also an egg white healthy start sandwich with roasted turkey, spinach and Havarti cheese on an English muffin. There is also a ham, egg and cheddar on a croissant. Prices approx. $9 and hotel proudly uses cage free eggs. The Bistro also serves Starbucks coffee and Tazo teas.
