This was a total mess. Other than being in a great location thats it. Absolutely no parking at or near the hotel. The room leaked from the ceiling all over the bathroom floor and into the room....etc.

Wow came back and stayed on second floor balcony room. Was surprised to find they had upgraded all the locks - now its the keyless system and much happier with that. Our bathroom - had upgraded tiles - not the best workmanship - but new. Again I check sheets - they are ok - tv worked - ac really worked-... More

We spent a summer weekend here and had a very good experience. This is NOT a quiet, elegant hotel, but a real lively, party-oriented place to enjoy the Jersey Shore. The Aztec is in the center of the Boardwalk at Seaside Heights right across from the amusement park and water park. The pool area is great for families; the beach... More

The Aztec is on the boardwalk of Seaside Heights, NJ. This is it's only positive feature. They charge full shore prices and they have not updated this place in decades. There are no phones in the room, so when our toilet overflowed, we had to go down to the front desk and complain. They never sent anyone, I told the... More

Staff was rude, room was not what it was supposed to be. IT was supposed to be a pool view. The only view was of the inside of the bar and we paid extra for that view! Room was noisy, drunks were banging off the glass doors and knocking on the room door, staff was slamming storage room door, kids... More

We stayed here knowing that we are at a motel and nothing more. The night staff was great and very accommodating. The location is the best (right in the middle of everything). The bed wasn't very comfortable. We brought our own sheets. Needs some improvement. I would return to this place in the future if they do some upgrades.

First of all, I am not easy to please. This motel is older. We had stayed here years ago. Things have changed! It has an elevator, which is wonderful for older, disabled people like me . It was freshly painted, had extra towels, and it was clean.I felt comfortable walking barefoot in the hallway, that's how clean!. The sheets were clean and crisp.... More

Please stay away from this place. 212.00 plus taxes will give you an old moldy dumped room from 1950 The room was in need of some care and repairs. It very well located right on the boardwalk guess that's way people stay here but n the name of God do some necessary maintenance to bring this place at least to... More

The worst place to stay!! Dirty, discusting, not worth what you pay. I was so worried about catching something. So noisy at night and early morning. The only thing going for them, is the girl who cleans the rooms. She is very nice cleaned our rooms thourough every day. But she can't help what she is giving to work with.... More

My husband and I stayed one night. Great location right on the board walk. People watched from the 2nd floor balcony. Staff very friendly. Thought it was strange plastic on matress. Bed speads were stained. Rooms dirty. Rooms need to be updated. We slept with the light on. Also in the bar area I noticed they were mopping the floors... More
