The rooms are barely a step above Best Western. The entire facility lacks the charm of the area, lacks the tech of the area, lacks any sort of personality and feels gosh darn boring. The bed was OK - not "heavenly. The bathroom was small and so much like a roadside motel it's not to be believed. The rooms were...

Very large hotel with many meeting rooms. Large lobby, great lobby bar, fitness room is small but adequate, hotel looks like it might need a little face lift but overall really nice. The best as always is the heavenly bed and pillows. It's the only hotel I sleep well in. A little disappointed they no longer have the club level...

I stayed here 2 nights on business recently. The staff was attentive and helpful. I had a treat in my room saying I was the VIP for the day...very nice! I had room service the first night and enjoyed a wonderful sandwich and really good fries. The bed was comfortable and I loved the shower.

Some of the reviews on TripAdvisor were very negative about this hotel. Maybe we just caught everyone on a good day but we found our entire experience to be basically flawless. They upgraded us to a nice room and apologized profusely for not having the connecting rooms that we had requested but they immediately brought a cot up for my...

I often stay in Westin/SPG properties for work, and this is, hands down, the worst Westin/SPG property I've ever stayed in. The exterior of the hotel looks good, but once you get inside, you realize it's as if the Bluth Family from Arrested Development sold Westin/SPG a "model hotel". I'll start with the good points: • Beds were pretty comfortable...

The bed is extremely comfortable. The staff is friendly, especially the night bartender who is incredibly friendly and on point with service. This is the area that carries the hotel. Full service restaurant and a Starbucks counter. Close proximity to other restaurants in the area. The rooms are nice, good work area, plenty of plugs for devices but everything in...

Having to live in a hotel for work is never a great proposition. I have stayed at every corporate hotel in Princeton, and the Westin is by far the best. Service, friendliness and quality rooms / food has been a constant at the Westin. John the GM is highly visible and helpful. The bar / restaurant staff are great and...

This Westin is in a suburban spot in Princeton. It sort of reminded us of an open concept high school (our meeting room was in a building apart from the hotel). My room was fine and functional. Service was spotty with some associates being very helpful and others not so. Banquet food was fine. Agree with others this is a...
