The staff was friendly when I came in. The bar area was clean and as pictured the nights I was down in the lounge. I experienced excellent service two very pleasant girls were working. The breakfast is pricey 21.00 whether you have just cold cereal or the full buffet. I ate at the pub located in the hotel bartender was...

Recently spent 4 nights at the hotel for a reunion weekend. Was very disappointed with staff and service at the hotel. Extremely rude restaurant and bar personnel. Interactions with housekeeping was no better. Every evening I would have to go to front desk and replenish coffee which was not left in room. Lack of cold water for the afternoon prevented...

I would give this hotel 4 stars except that they want to charge you for in room wifi. It is 2015, why is it that hotels in mexico can give you free wifi, but a marriott in a business park in new jersey wants to charge you for it if you aren't a marriott rewards member? The room was fine,...

I spent two nights in this hotel for business. The promise was good from the pictures on Expedia and the price was about right for what I hope to expect from a Marriott. The first night I did arrive a bit late in the evening and was exhausted from the day activities. The hotel staff seemed disconnected but again I...

In a beautiful quiet, wooded area set in a business district of Park Ridge, this hotel offers a large lobby, with a bar and a restaurant downstairs. These older rooms with dropped ceilings in the bathroom have been lightly updated with floor to ceiling black-out drapes, newer carpet, a flat screen TV and a desk. The mini-fridge is not stocked...

I was expecting this hotel to be noisy based on other Trip Advisor reviews. It was, in fact, very quiet, even though we stayed through a weekend. Our room was overlooking a roof (rather ugly!), but this ensured a quieter experience. Room was equipped with coffee maker and mini frig. Beds were very comfortable, but an unusual size somewhere between...

Everything you're looking for in a Marriott hotel plus an out-of-the-way location makes for a tranquil getaway. It makes a nice base from which to explore northern NJ and southern NY. And it's minutes away from an outstanding Japanese restaurant.

Flying into EWR and driving to this Marriott Hotel can get a little confusing from all of the interstate changes, however once you arrive it will be all worth it! The Hotel has all of the amenities you would expect from a Marriott and Lifetime fitness within walking distance. It's tucked into a quite area that has a lot of...

Great Marriott property to stay at if you're visiting the Northern New Jersey, Southern Rockland County, NY areas. Staff at the front desk was just superb -- even though they were servicing a larger wedding the evening we stayed. The pool was just super for the kids and water temp was comfortable. Room was clean and housekeeping did a fine...

Stupid me, I have stayed at this hotel 3 times on Saturday night. This place is party city until 3 am or later and the hotel staff is oblivious. Also, this is the only Marriott I have stayed at in either North America or Europe that closes the Concierge Lounge on weekends. What's up with that? Platinum level and they...
