A nice place and very nice ambience . The room is wonderful. The lobby is a wonderful place to relax. The cleaners are very respectful and courteous especially the Latinos. The front desk needs to be more friendly

poor staff & horrible hotel. website says only location with executive lounge. paid to stay on executive floor & NOT told lounge closed on week-end!!! front desk gave wrong information & when checking out gave all the information to the person. NOTHING DONE regarding any comments other that we've told our manage!

Everyone was professional and courteous. I like that I can pre order extra pillows and towels to be ready in the room at time of check in before I arrive. It would great if they had a hot tub. But did not see one.

We stayed overnight prior to a trip to Aruba. Our fee included two weeks parking while we were away. The shuttle took us to and brought us back from the airport. Very busy hotel at all hours...seems to always have a group waiting for a ride or the bus. Bar/Resaurant is pricey but good option as there is little else around the hotel. Good spot for an overnight if travelling out of EWR. Not the closest or best option if planning to visit NYC.

Rahatan, the front desk clerk needs to be re-trained in customer service, etiquette, and mass communication. The hotel is not well maintained. There is mold growing in the bathroom shower. The fixtures are rusted and falling apart.

We stayed on the Hilton Honors Floor, it was Ok but nothing special. We had a balcony facing the indoor pool which was nice. We had to call for a clicker for the TV as the people before us had stolen it. We also had asked for 2 extra towels which never appeared. Breakfast was also just Ok again nothing...
