Second time to stay here. Service was very good. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet average. The pool seemed well taken care of. Situated behind Cracker Barrel restaurant so good for Family Dining. I would stay here again.

Hard to find a reasonable nice place to stay, but after lots of looking, we found a winner here. Good price, good location, nice staff, clean, and safe. Love it! As a last minute mini vacation, we booked at the Hilton in Mt. Laurel. We needed to tailor our accommodations a bit since we literally booked the day we were heading down, and it was a holiday weekend, so hubby called and spoke with staff member Maria at front desk who was bubbly and cheerful. Nice hotel, great staff. We had an issue when we first checked in due to the smell of cigarettes being very strong. Apparently the 5th floor is smoking and we were on the 4th floor at the very end. The staff gave us 2 new rooms and both of them were fine. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great,...

Room was clean and comfortable, Wifi good. Lots of phantoms: toilet ran forever, cigarette smoke wafted through the ventilation, dresser drawer slid open by itself, Keurig made coffee even without a cartridge, banging fridge and microwave awoke us in the middle of the night, TV was very dim and displayed ghostly images, shower curtain liner was snapped in backwards. don't waste your money. go somewhere else. Especially if you are a veteran or handicap.don't get handicap room even if you are in need of one like us. they don't have vents, they stink, they leak water all over the floor and loud heavy doors, which wake the other person up each time its opened, if you can open it,...

The sales & overnight manager were so rude! Rooms are super small! Nothing we had planned worked out. The sales manager never noted anything and was on vacation during our stay. Terrible experience!!!
