Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very pleasant stay in this campsite very quiet, well shaded and well arranged despite the topography. The managers are very welcoming, dynamic and attentive. The proximity to Lake Thesauque makes the stay at the top but the pool is ideal for cooling off. The children's playground made happy just like mini golf. I advise those looking for a corner of tranquility to rest there.

Very welcome, staff available. We appreciated that the mobile homes are spaced apart and that the campsite is well-treed and blooms too. If you are looking for peace and nature you are in the right place. The lake is top, with water around 23 degrees. We recommend 100%

This place has had a lot of mixed reviews and having stayed here for 10 days with the family I can honestly say we didn’t experience anything truly negative. Reasonably flat pitch of a fair size, with fairly easy access amongst some trees. Clean toilets and showers, cleaned twice daily by the staff and perhaps more importantly left as found by the guests. Or does anyone really expect someone else to flush for them? We ate at the restaurant Bittersweet the first night, Classic Burger really good and paid by card with no surcharge. Very quiet and peaceful Sunday to Thursday, music (audible but not painful) Friday and Saturday until midnight. You can order bread and pastries from the reception for the following morning. WiFi available at extra charge, fairly good coverage but does occasionally suffer from overuse.Minutes from pitch to lake, with free and paid activities, Only minor inconvenience was our closest wash block didn’t have hot/warm water for the hand sinks and dish washing sinks, the showers worked fine. I say only minor because the next closest wash block was only an additional 20 seconds walk. Would most definitely consider returning.

The campsite is quite nice, but despite the nearby lake, the restaurant is underneath everything. Having already worked in restaurants myself, I quickly realized that despite appearances, hygiene is deplorable as well as the menu, which does not reflect the dishes (nuts in the Thesauca salad not reported, such as nuts for example, watch out for allergy sufferers!) The ice cream is melted for dessert, and when we ask for vanilla we find chocolate ice cream in it (White Lady, which should be very traditional, but here revisited with pieces of speculoos on chantilly).
The smell of frying makes it clear that the oil is being reused far too many times.
In short, if the campsite is acceptable or pleasant, the restaurant is not worthy of the name.
And by the way, the bar has a license 3 that sometimes magically becomes a license 4. It's shameful, license 4 pays for itself, it doesn't match the goodwill of the boss.
I'm usually a good eater, as this restaurant spoils the whole interest of the campsite.

Scarce toilets, a block with a toilet and shower only for women, another for men and the shower was broken, in the middle of August with everything at capacity. A shame! We were en route and the pool caught our attention, so we could relax upon arrival. Unpleasant gravel plot, don't try to put even an awning peg. A disaster and a shame!

We went to the campsite in a converted van and a tent. The day we settled in it was raining and had rained the day before. Very disappointed with the welcome, pitch not corresponding to a van, high, muddy, we almost got bogged down, other campers besides got bogged down.Of course no one is responsible for the weather, but as a person in charge we at least come to see if everything is okay, with the children had complicated on such a pitch. We had booked in advance... pity... deplorable restaurant... and same rates in this campsite as by the sea, too expensive for services offered... plus you have to pay in advance the stay, it is precisely the most of the campsite because leave when you want... in short very disappointed

If you enjoy paying overprice 15€ for the cheapest meal and paying 5€ extra to pay your bill with visa, seeing your dog being chased by staff dogs in the restaurant, going to bed at 2 o’clock and waking up 04:30 because of the dog barking. A pool that’s only opened in June, then it is the perfect place for you

We stopped at the campsite restaurant (Bitter Sweet Restaurant) for a drink after our walk around the lake. It was noon. We were hot so chose to sit at one of the tables in the shade. There were approximately 30+ seats at tables in the shade and a further five or six 'barrel' tables in the sun. We were the only guests. The host told us we had to move as the shaded tables were for diners (none were set for dining, nothing on the tabletops). Unfortunately the French for 'you've got to be kidding me' escaped me at that moment. We sat at the only 'barrel' table in the shade and were still the only guests when we left. Customer service course required!

Ce camping était très agréable et calme lors de notre séjour difficile de croire à une détérioration rapide de l'ambiance
