This motel location was next to highway which is convenient as a pitstop before you head off elsewhere. Clean and tidy place to sleep, except the bedsheets were pretty 'yellowish' and springs were squeaky. Breakfast were provided under the tree, eg coffee, tea, muffins, bananas. a/c was pretty loud too so take note if you can't stand noise while sleeping.

The Boulevard is a simple, very clean and comfortable place. It is family run which adds a nice touch. I will highlight how clean the place is as resort area motels are often poorly kept and dirty. Not this one. It was spotless. We enjoyed the simple continental breakfast outside under the holly tree staffed by the grandson who was... More

Stayed with my husband over night in Room #6. This room had 2 double beds, full bath, 1 large flat screen TV, 1 dresser, and 1 nightstand. Also the cutest little mini refrigerator and microwave. Missing was, and I thought the room could use a bedside alarm clock, hair dryer, and coffee maker. The decor was very quaint, cottage style...not... More

This dated motel was simple with basic needs and a mind owner, Claude. The breakfast out on the patio table under the holly tree was simple, a little too simple - a few Danish, mini bagels, half muffins, bananas, with a Keurig. Glad we had brought cereal for the kids. The location was good - 5 minutes to the 34th... More

Stayed here for the third year in a row while attending our family reunion in Ocean City. Always clean and comfortable. Family owned and operated and they are gracious and hard working. Complimentary continental breakfast served outside under the holly tree is a nice touch. Not the Plaza but works for us.

The price was right as it was half the price of anything in Ocean City. A five minute trip over the 34th St. bridge and you're on the beach. Smaller than I expected but everything we needed was there. TV, microwave, small fridge, 2 full beds and bathroom. It was crowded for us but we made it work. It was... More

Nicely appointed rooms though a bit on the small side. But we had everything we needed. Had a good night sleep after a fun day at Ocean city. The breakfast in the morning under the holly tree was nice.

I was looking for an affordable place. As I spend most of my time at the beach, it just needs to be clean and quiet. Go somewhere else if you want luxury on the beach... but bring a lot more money to do so. This motel fit the bill. The owner's son and daughter ran the motel and were very... More

No frills and just over the 34th Street bridge in Marmora. But absolutely the best prices at the shore and clean, nicely appointed rooms. This family owned motel is very friendly and accommodating. A great value. Absolutely recommend for individuals or families not adverse to getting in the car for the short drive into OC.

We drive from NC every summer to visit family in Marmora/Ocean City and found this great hotel last year. Our room was perfect for our family of four (2 adults and 2 young children), with two beds, a fridge, free wifi, great cable and a very clean, comfortable room. The owners go out of their way to accommodate guests and... More
