The first thing you see when you visit Bridge Street House is a fabulous art gallery! There is also a central room where coffee and snacks are available 24/7. The rooms Have been refurbished (some are small) in a chic and modern style. All rooms have their own bath and lovely linens and towels. The entire inn is immaculately clean....

After looking at options in Lambertville, I decided on Bridge Street House. Great experience from start to finish. Carol is super friendly and very accommodating. Room was clean, nicely decorated and roomy. Downstairs there is an offering of coffee, fruit and breakfast bars. Each room had a large glass bottle of water. Walking distance to everything in town. A fair price for a great get away. New hope and Lambertville, and Doylestown as well, are really the only cool places I've found around that make a great weekend mini vacation. The Street house is perfect, and perfectly and fairly priced. Very accommodating, clean, modern yet classic. Recommended, even for staycations for locals.

My husband and I chose the Lambertville/New Hope area as it offered interesting choices in the shops and restaurants of both small towns across the bridge from one another. For us, a visit to Washington Crossing was worth a brief ride (15 min. south). Its Historical Park is very informative and dining in the elegant Washington Crossing Inn, a short...
