The rooms were comfortable and clean; the staff was friendly and helpful. Unlike some of the other reviewers, we didn't find the nearby highway to be noisy at all. We had only one breakfast at the hotel and although there was a small selection, the...More
Extremely old, outdated hotel. The 2 elevators take a long time and are gross so I used the stairs which are even more disgusting. Hallways and rooms are old. The fridge does not have a freezer section. The desk chair was visibly peeling over the...More

I asked at the desk how to get into Manhattan. There is a bus stop really close - you take the bus to the GW bridge and the bus takes you across to the subway station. I don't think the shuttle will take you across the river, probably just to the bus station. You could Uber over. The bridge is really pretty close. Hope this helps. Look up the NYC subway map online and see what you think.
