They have great rates for the main conference room rental, but the rooms have little to be desired. The rooms are in dire need for renovation and it's noisy constantly. The mgmt Katie does her best given her abilities and what she allowed.

Needs major updated renovations. Breakfast was a joke if that is what you would call it. Would not recommend this hotel for future visits. Had to do antique show there which warranted my stay. Management was very pleasant.

The employees at the front desk were great. The carpets smelled like dirty feet and were stained beyond belief. Also - we slept on top of the bed as the sheets were stained. I was also told there would be a fridge in room when I called and there was not which is not a big deal but the other...

I stayed for two nights to attend a conference. The hotel needs a substantial upgrade. Conference rooms are large enough but the foyer where attendees gather during breaks and for food is small which causes congestion - no room to walk. Ventilation system is poor, rooms and bathroom were in rundown condition. Towels are roughest ever seen; felt like a...

The organization we were visiting booked 3 rooms for us. When we checked in, two of us requested to move because the room was so dirty. The front desk staff at check-in was not interested in hearing why we asked to be moved. The second room was not much better. There hallway carpet was downright dirty and the room carpet...

good value, nice breakfast, plenty of parking, good location, nice staff, the hotel is older but for the price, the restaurant attached (sports bar), which includes free morning breakfast, continental breakfast but eggs also, make this a good choice for me. Some rooms are updated, and then all the more better.

Sorry, this place is really worn out and the staff cannot take the time to keep it clean. Seems to be mostly an Asian tour group stop and I guess they don't mind the low standard maintained. There seemed to be some cooking going on in rooms leaving a BAD SMELL throughout the floor we were on. Our room did...

Hotel is conveniently located near shopping and entertainment venues. Staff is very friendly and attentive to customers. Sufficient continental breakfast. Rooms are big, housekeeping doing great job. Carpets could be refurbished.

“The rooms are not sound proofed at all. You could hear conversations very clearly from next room. Bed was comfortable but did not make up for what was supposed to be part of the room and what was not. Staff at front desk were friendly . We were there for the GH convention as we were last year. If the event is held there again next year, we will think twicw before booking this hotel for our overnight stay. ”
