We visited New York City for the weekend. Got this nice hotel for only $90 a night suite and drove 20 minutes to the Staten Island ferry station which took us to lower Manhattan for free. Our room was clean, had a comfortable king size bed, and had a nice size flat screen TV. There is a bar and a...

We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed our hotel and had the wisdom to take a ferry ride into New York City. The Staten Island Ferry is nearby to the hotel and offers a refreshing and most spectacular way to enter Manhattan. We hear that a gigantic 60-story Ferris Wheel "The New York Wheel" has now been given...

When I booked 2 rooms was promised fridge and microwave in both rooms. Neither in rooms when we arrived got fridge after we ask but no microwave. wasn't the best hotel but neither worst. Staff where very helpful, used shuttle service which was very good.location was by industrial estate to far from any attractions, but we where attending a wedding and...

We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay at our hotel It prides us all when a guest has a pleasant experience. As it has been such a busy summer at our hotel we do apologize when a fridge, microwave or other item might be temporarily unavailable. As we listen to each and every guest comment we will now be...

As your review is based upon a stay from last year in September 2012 it is best to simply say that this information is out-dated. The hotel has not charged any guest during 2013 for breakfast or for a breakfast "upgrade". Nor do we leave any guests stranded at the train station at midnight, as we operate a timetable of...

I booked my room through Priceline about a week and a half before our trip. They claimed to have sleep number beds in the rooms, that was untrue. We didn't arrive to the hotel until about 8:30pm and check in time is 3pm. When we got there they inform us that they didn't have a room for us right then...

We apologize that you had such an unpleasant experience during your recent stay. As the New York area is enjoying soaring record numbers of foreign visitors, we do the very most to serve...

It is a 2.5 star hotel at best. The hotel is located in an industrial area on a dead end road. The parking lot was not the place you would want to be after dark. The receptionist was so rude I was waiting for a TV crew to bounce from behind a curtain and tell me that I was being...

Thank you for your comments and we appreciate you bringing to our attention any perceived rudeness from our staff. We would like to point out that our brightly lit hotel is directly off of Exit 12 on the New Jersey Turnpike, a few miles south of Newark Airport, the Goethals Bridge crossing to New York and its hardly a dead...

This was a decent hotel for the money we paid ($80) - theres not a lot of amenities in the room or hotel, no fridge, no microwave, no pool, etc. but rooms were clean, bathrooms are fairly new and aside from being a bit far from NYC, I would recommend it. There's a free shuttle to Newark and breakfast is...

I had mixed feelings about reserving here but it seemed the best place before hitting NYC at 6 p.m. Questionable neighborhood. We requested two rooms each with two double beds. Got rooms with king beds for two adults and one child in each. Staff was indifferent to our registration. Sleep number beds did not work. Wi-fi came and went. Just...

Got picked up in a mini van from EWR after a 1 hour wait.(called the day before to request pick up time) Then they filled up the minivan for the 15 minute drive down the highway to the hotel. Hotel overall is pretty decent for the price. Beds are TERRIBLE though. Sleep number beds do not work, beds were lumpy...

This used to be a nice hotel few years ago with a different management. I had the worst bed ever. The beds are supposed to be adjustable but mine was broken: half bed was sort of a sole, the over half an over inflated hill! I could not sleep at all. Miserable breakfast. I would not recommend it even if...
