We recently shared the Turret Suite with some very good long time friends making their first visit ever to Cape May. Thank you to all that recommended this suite for two couples to share. Jim and Laura were there when we arrived and basically showed us how their "House" would be our home for the next couple of days. They... More

Very well located B&B. We stayed in the Turret Suite, which is beautiful and spacious. Everything was comfortable and elegant and fine, with none of the weird little issues (too few towels, broken TV or kitchen appliances, funny smells) that you too often encounter with these places. The owners were extremely nice and very helpful, ready to handle anything --... More

We just got back from a four day getaway to the Columbia House in Cape May, NJ and as usual everything was perfect! Close to the beach and shopping, park your car in your private spot and enjoy. The beauty of a bed and breakfast with all the comforts of home. We love it! Thank you Laura for offering to... More

We stayed in the Turret Suite 3 nights with our 20-something daughters. The set up is perfect. Bathrooms are good size, nice outside deck, comfortable furniture, lots of room to hang things. May never stay in a B&B again as we enjoyed the flexibility of eating what and when we want for breakfast and there was much more privacy. Perfect... More

We traveled with another couple and we took the third floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen table with a full kitchen, full stove microwave, full refrigerator and even a small dishwasher. There is a deck with table and chairs right off the kitchen. This place is perfectly located for the Washington Street Mall, walking distance to... More

Very attractive well maintained Victorian House in a great location. The Inn Keepers could not have been more friendly and helpful. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas in period decorations. Laura, the Inn Keeper has great taste and an eye for detail. The house is two short blocks to the Shopping District in Cape May and 3 short blocks... More

The Columbia House is a wonderful place to stay in Cape May. It is so close to everything, the beach, shopping, restaurants and bars. The owners, Jim and Laura are great to work with, and are very responsive if you need anything. The house is very clean and has beautiful authentic Victorian decor. We’ve been to Cape May in the summer and heard the town does Christmas time very well so we came to check it out. We had a wonderful time made all the better with our stay at the Columbia House.
