The Dormer House has become my wife and I's home away from home during our annual (sometimes more) trips to Cape May, Quaint and comfortable with a really good breakfast that changes daily. Not to mention, the daily afternoon tea and pastries offered on the porch or parlor. Each room in the B & B is unique, and my wife...

The Dormer house is a great B&B with nice rooms and only a few blocks from the beach/town. The daily fresh breakfast was a great touch. Fresh Eggs and Pancakes while drinking coffee on the porch really was a great way to start the day. We stayed in mid November and loved the lack of crowds (the town more or...

Spent two relaxing days during a mini-retreat at the Dormer House. Beautiful, comfortable Inn within easy walking distance of Cape May's beaches and old-fashioned outdoor "shopping mall." I had a first floor bedroom, very pretty with one of the comfiest beds I have had in a bed and breakfast. I did not anticipate noise on the first floor, as this...

Clean, rooms well appointed and quite comfortable, hosts extremely affable and willing to help with recommendations. GREAT location, on site parking, wonderful breakfasts, nothing more to ask of a B&B. Best compliment--we'll go back.

We've stayed here 3 times. Close enough to the beach and the shopping, yet far enough away to be quiet. Charming rooms, well-maintained except for little idiosyncrasies like the perpetually almost-falling off knob on the porch door. Breakfast could use some more healthy options. Also, a fridge with bottled waters is becoming very common in other B'n'B's and is recommended...

There's really nothing bad I can say about The Dormer House. We stayed here for four nights and loved it. We stayed in the Mary Francis Denning room on the second floor. It was spacious and had a mini fridge, which was great for packing lunches each day. The bathroom was large, also. I thought we'd hear creaky floors and...

My husband and I just returned from a relaxing weekend getaway in Cape May and I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Dormer House. We made the long 7-hour trek from Pittsburgh and, upon arrival, we were just ready to kick back and relax. The Dormer House helped us achieve this. From check-in to check-out, the process was relaxed...

Very charming bed and breakfast. The owners are very friendly and helpful! The breakfast and afternoon tea are wonderful. My boyfriend even gave two thumbs up, and he is certainly a food critic! Please note, this is a historic bed and breakfast, so everything is not modern, as it is a historic inn. However, everything is clean and comfortable and...
