I recently had a NY holiday and stopped here for a night. Although our room had an unresolved key issue, we were very happy with the service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is stylishly decorated, and I've never raved about a well-designed chair until now. We enjoyed them while having a light,...

Based on the recent reviews and my past experience with this hotel chain, I must say I expected better. First impressions were good, hotel exterior and lobby were very nice and clean. The room was very spacious with laminate flooring (which we consider a plus). Unfortunately, that's where our positives end. The bed is easily among the worst 5 I've...

Dear sc_knight, We appreciate you taking the time to comment about your recent stay at our hotel. It is nice to read that the hotel's lobby and exterior are well to your liking. However, we regret if the bedding amenities and the noise challenge prevented you from fully enjoying your stay. We take all of the reviews we receive very...

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The woman at the front desk ( I think it was Saquai- I wish I could remember exactly!!) was amazing! The process was the most pleasant I have ever experienced. I have never stayed at a "boutique" hotel because they are usually overpriced, but I got a great...

We had a wedding to attend in the area & booked a room at the Hotel Indigo. This was our first stay at this chain. We were greeted & checked in promptly. They upgraded us as an IHG Platinum member. Our suite was huge with a kitchen area, work desk, sitting area in first room, a king size bed with...

There are a lot of hotels in the area and I've stayed at them all. This one is convenient, laid back and a great place to relax after a long day at the office. Close to a lot of great restaurants and fast food. Beds are slightly firm, nice if you have a bad back like me. I recommend it.

I've stayed at this hotel for probably half a dozen nights in total over the last year as it's recommended by my client.
