Am here right now 7/9/16. Campground right behind the small cabins has a large GENERATOR running constantly. So if you plan to stay here be sure to run say a lawnmower outside your bedroom window for a few evenings to prepare you for it. Ugh. Also, beds (cabin 2) need serious updating. I know hotel beds aren't always new but...

Clean ~ Cozy ~ Affordable is the slogan on their website. We stayed in one of the "Peaks" cabins. It's one large room with two beds, mini fridge and microwave, wifi and flat screen TV (for the rare moments spent indoors), table with 4 chairs, fireplace, and a small enclosed bathroom. They provided towels/rags, TP, paper towels, soap, and plastic...

We stayed in one of the "Babies" - the small, one room cabins. It is all that you could need for a weekend of hiking or fun in Woodstock/Lincoln. The hosts were great and they organized a nightly campfire with S'mores. This was our first time staying here, but our second year up in the mountains. I'd definitely recommend it...

I stayed two nights with my husband and 12 year old son. Excellent location. Loon Mountain, Dunkin Donuts, McDonald, restaurants, Rite Aid are all close by (within 5-10 minutes). I'm very picky about hotels, etc and I felt like this served it's purpose. It was clean and inexpensive compared to other places nearby. I highly recommend the Presidential Cabin. Don...

Can't tell you anything about the cabin, because the owner met us outside when we got there, and after making reservations and getting a confirmation said we could not have a cabin, then wanted to charge us because we didn't cancel, so I would not even try to go here. If you do good luck!!

The location is great with relatively short drive to different places of interest. The cabin is VERY basic. It is very small and there is not enough light. Bathroom is extremely small and doesn't have a mirror. To take a bath you must be a virtuous. Heating worked well. Don at the reception was very helpful but from 6pm onward...

We were in cabin #1-the Presidential room. The positives are there was a tv, microwave, refrigerator, hot water in the shower, and the one double bed was OK. Pretty much everything else was negative. There is no heat. There are 2 small space heaters-very inexpensive ones. One stopped working after 5 minutes as the coils heated up. The other was...

3 of us stayed at the Birch cottage, the one with a loft. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, great water pressure with plenty of hot water. Screened in porch was a great place to hang out. Dan was nice, too.

You get what you pay for, but I didn't pay for cobwebs in my cabin. There is also a reason they don't show bathrooms in the cabins. They are a joke. If you are a large person, good luck using the toilet....if you can get by the sink. Grounds are a mess with junk everywhere. The only good thing was...

The location of the Maple Lodge cabins is perfect if you want to go hiking in the white mountains. It is close to an accessible road. The houses are cozy and they would be perfect if they would have not been so dirty. Our feet felt like they were glued to the floor because our house was so dirty. As...
