Over sold and under delivered! Bought the hotel from the website which over sells the facility and rooms and we even opted in bought the dinner supplement option. We were given a college atic dorm room with no elevator access. Stairs only! Problem is spouse has a bad leg this should have been advertised in the room advertisement. Floors slope...

Thank you for your review, and I am sorry that your room did not meet your expectations. The online description for the room you reserved through our web site does include this information, "Some rooms are handicap-accessible, some are stair access only. Please call the inn directly for specific room availability for your dates." The Wolfeboro Inn is a historic...

Our room was very small and the furniture was too much for the room so it looked and felt cramped. In fact, there was only one nightstand as another one could not fit on the other side of the bed. The price was high and the receptionist was rather snippy. I do have to compliment one of the women who...

Thank you for sharing your experience. I am so sorry that you felt the room was not a good value, and that a front desk associate was not warm and gracious. Such nice feedback about the service you received in the tavern! I'll be sure to share it with our associates, along with your constructive comments. Thank you for being...

We have had a vacation home in the area for 40 years. The Wolfeboro Inn was commercialized years ago and was never quite the same. Regardless it offered good food and ok service. Well, no more it appears. All seems to have gone downhill. Too bad.

We were in town for Grandparents Weekend at Brewster Academy. We found the Staff friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the large, comfortable room: a corner room with a small balcony looking out at the lake!! We particularly enjoyed the fire on the patio after dinner!! We will be back!!

Charming Inn right on the Lake in the heart of this quaint Town. Our room was oversized and nicely appointed only complaint is we did not upgrade the room (our fault) thus offering no waterview only the drone of a kitchen exhaust fan. Dining in one evening, room service was exceptional and the food was creative, farm fresh and very,...

I was in town with my sister and brother-in-law to see family. My sister had stayed here a few times before and spoke highly of the inn. We did have a view of the lake and my bed was very comfortable. The only odd thing was the light switch for the bathroom is in the room and not the bathroom...

Visited her with a tour group and enjoyed a buffet lunch. We took a boat tour, which was quite enjoyable. Excellent variety of foods, all tasty. Friendly wait staff. This historic hotel is well maintained. Would like to stay here during our next visit.

Clearly there is a reason for the lack of employee consideration for guests. When the General Manager's response is "sorry other guests disturbed you" but the previous review clearly stated it was the STAFF of the Wolfeboro Inn who were doing partying after the bar had closed who kept us awake. Evidently this GM is not concerned with dealing with...

I booked through tripadvisor and received a good rate for a king size room. Early evening check in was fine and the desk staff member was very pleasant. Nicely furnished & clean room with sliders to deck. Bath robes nice touch! Lobby cozy and staff extremely attentive & helpful. Hotel walking distance to town & lake. Don't miss their boat ride & dinner at the Inn! Ditto from our friends who joined us on this mini-vacation! Hope to return again!
