Just returned from a weekend getaway. Very peaceful and relaxing. As always, the cottage was immaculate. Enjoyed watching the dogs run around. We are returning in August, and we know we'll enjoy our stay. We hope to return next Columbus day weekend as well

While searching for this year's getaway, I happened upon Hoyt's lodges. Booked it and when I arrived I instantly recognized the warmth and welcoming humor I had experienced years ago when I had first stayed here. John and Anne are like a favorite neighbor you just can't wait to share a coffee with. Not to mention the gorgeous sunrise. Rejuvenating!!!

I would recommend Hoyts lodges to anyone!! We even had a family emergency. They were going to offer to babysit my children while I had to go to the hospital. I can't say anymore regarding the feel of this place. Clean, cozy, warm, friendly, Amazing!!

Our cottage was modest but had just enough space to be comfortable fro two people. We loved sipping win on the screened-in porch, listening to birds, and watching the adorable puppies romp around the grounds. Best of all was the rocky coast just steps away that was never the same twice. Tidal pools, rocks worn smooth by ancient glaciers, and...

Best place to stay on the coast. Always relaxing, quiet, and scenic. The owner is friendly and makes you feel so welcomed. Nice yard if you have children and they need room to play. We have stayed in many different cottages there and they are all clean and well stocked. The kitchen has all the amenities of home or bring...

We had a two-day getaway and stayed in the studio apartment above cottage #1. We didn't need to hit the beaches because we were so content with our spectacular ocean view from the deck: Worth the price of admission all by itself!

My Husband and I stayed 2 nights this past weekend and certainly wish we could have stayed longer. It is a great place that was extremely clean and absolutely adorable. The accommodations were great with a kitchen, living space, eating area, bed and bathroom. The outdoor deck was charming and even came with a grill if we wanted to use...

My husband and I have been staying here for about 6 years. The cottage is clean, comfortable and very quiet. Nice deck to sit, with a grill. Close to the beach. We love it, and plan to return next year.

My husband and I have been coming to Hoyt's since our honeymoon 25 years ago. Whether for a long weekend or a full week in summer, we've found a clean cottage, convenient access to the beach, great restaurants in walking, biking or driving distance and warm hospitality.
