Had a wonderful time at the Mountain Edge resort. Spent the week lounging around, reading books and cocktails by the fireplace. Asked for an upgrade and was given one immediately, no problem. The staff is wonderful very courteous and professional and couldn't do enough for us. Planning to go back this summer.

not a beacon hill extravaganza...and that is what I loved about it! Matt at the front desk checks you in like a family member. Portia in the bar brings you a beer or free coke in my case..you feel like a relaxed family member. The 1100 sq. ft. suite was very comfy and the gas fireplace exuded a warm feel...

When you decide on a Thursday to go for a couple of days of ski not too far from Boston, Sunapee is kind of logical. First time for us, and no regrets but... The hotel is nicely located not to far from the slopes, with a shuttle that takes you there on a regular basis so no waiting. Nice! The...

Great week to be there. No school vacation. Hardly anyone at the resort. Perfect for rest and relaxation and exploring the local sights and restaurants (try the brand new restaurant "Mountain View Tavern" on Rt.103, less than one mile from the resort). It snowed just about every day, and the resort crew did an outstanding job with snow removal and...

Dinner for four of us...All four meals were inedible, from salads, wraps to chicken dinners...Waitress did nothing to alleviate the experience and actually asked if we wanted everything boxed up when it was barely touched. Most of the meat was undercooked. The next night we stuck with just a drink in the tavern and another guest came in to the...

The decor, atmosphere, and staff here are excellent. Our group of five rented a two bedroom condo and we had plenty of room, it was very clean, and we were very comfortable. The upstairs lounge area is a plus and the downstairs lounge area, dining room, pool area are all comfortable and all very clean. Shuttle to the mountain was...

First off, this place is very nice, but it should be for the rates they charge. We stayed in one of their suites with a separate bedroom, full kitchen and living area. The space itself is well maintained, pretty nicely decorated and comfortable. The main issue we had was the WiFi which went out constantly during our stay, I was...

I broke my toe in the spa...due to their negligence of letting children play in it, creating bubbles that I couldn't see steps...with my toe bleeding and my other ankle twisted I went to desk for a bandaide. The man never asked how I was, didn't fill out an accident report. When we checked out we spoke to a woman...

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that your experience in our hot tub was not pleasurable. As you can see; the vast majority of our guests rate their experience as superior. This is what we strive for; an in most cases achieve. The swimming facilities are open to all our guests; including supervised children. The handrail is there...

For some reason our phones didn't work, however we were pleasantly surprised at the size of our room which was a 1 bedroom king w den. The space had a kitchen and a lovely fireplace in the living room with a pullout sofa, comfy recliner and sliding doors to patio. The den also had a pullout sofa. The place was...
