Without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered....
Poorly trained staff took 40 minutes to check us in. We were given a room down the street in an adjacent "overflow" property that was absolutely filthy. Neither the hot tub, nor the fireplace worked, internet

Our room was inexpensive comparatively and clean and comfortable! My daughter loved the ducks in the pond by the gazebo. The jacuzzi and pool are nice too. It was a great value and close to Franconia State Park and the Kancamangus Highway. Perfect location! Had dinner at the Wood

I was there years ago and I enjoyed it. But as the years go by things change. Reading the above reviews I would opt for another place. Sorry.

What things are in the room? Does it have a kettle? TV? Fridge? Or are there areas in the hotel/reception to make a cup of tea, or etc?

In each room, how many electricity sockets are there and where are they? (in the most basic rooms with 2 beds)
I believe that there were 5 near the beds and sink outside of the bathroom and one in the bathroom. At least in the room we had which was the 2 queen bed room with the indoor pool.
