My family and I spent a weekend at Woodwards to enjoy Lincoln and The Ice Castles for the 1st time. The spot is perfect not a far drive anything in town. Room was clean and big enough for a family of four. My only issues with the resort were the indoor heated pool was freezing and the hot tub was...

Clean hotel with game room and indoor pool for the kids. The hotel is old BUT very clean... The check in lady was very very nice... Only issue was lots of ice in parking lot but close to ice castles and action at loon. We did not eat there so cannot comment on food.

Booked a suite with jacuzzi. The rooms are very worn and rather dirty. They advertise that the suite has a kitchenette but it is lacking - one water glass and one wine glass. Price is definitely not worth it

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It is located centrally so no attraction is to far to go. Has a very good breakfast and supper arrangements in their MAP program. We have traveled to the resort for several years and always greeted with a smile and kind help.

Our first assigned room was located in Woodward's Inn, which is a bit further on the road. This room smelled funny and was really very remote and at a dark place. Since we did not feel very safe because of the remote location of this area, we drove back to the reception of Woodward's Resort and asked for another room...

Thank you for sharing your review. Indeed, like much of the lodging in the White Mountains, many of our rooms are a bit retro. However, we are continually working on updating decor and maintaining our facilities, which have been providing stay and play fun for families for 60 years. We hope you'll come back and visit again soon! Be sure...

This is a motel style resort over quite a large area. Stayed five nights and luckily our rooms were in the block nearest the reception, restaurant etc. overlooking the stream and duck pond. When we arrived we were provided with tea, coffee and scones. The rooms are large and comfortable with a sink in the bedroom as well as the...

Woodwards looks forward each year to our SAGA groups and we are so happy that you enjoyed your stay with us. While it is true that after Columbus Day some of the area's attractions close, we hope you were able to get to the Flume Gorge and some of the other wondrous attractions that are still open this time of...

We stayed in the second floor suite. The price was reasonable. The suite was roomy and the tub was amazing but the room is dated and in need of updates. The furniture was highly stained and there were things the cleaning crew missed like the last occupants shampoo bottle in the shower. The fireplace also was not functional and management...

Thanks for staying with us and sharing your thoughts. We hear you and are working on some renovations to the rooms this fall. And, now that the cold weather has arrived, it's definitely time to get those fireplaces turned on. We look forward to your return and hope to offer you an even better experience on your next visit.

This place had a warm homey atmosphere. Very prompt and friendly service. The food was freshly prepared. My husband had the prime rib and I had the baked haddock (it was fresh not frozen). The food was very simply prepared- nothing fancy, but delicious. We sat in the pub area which was very cozy with a gas fireplace.

We're are so glad you enjoyed your visit to The Grille at Woodwards. Indeed, with the weather cooling down, the Pub is a nice, warm, and cozy place for drinks, dinner, or both, by the fireplace! We hope you'll come again soon!

Average facility clean but not modernized. Pool is wonderful. Skip the meal package pretty lame food. Duck pond is a nice touch. Great location for the local sights. Fine if it is just a place to crash after a day out in the mountains.
