We stayed here one rainy cold October night. The lobby is inviting with its large stone fireplace hearth and free coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. The reception employees were pleasant and efficient. Our room was dark, with a view of an interior courtyard sort of place. It was so close to the indoor pool that we could look inside to... More

It was quite a surprise to find a very nicely renovated totally Americans hotel with Alpine overtones. Humongous stone fireplace faces front door with waterfall on other side facing HUGE eating area & koi pond, trees with white lights...Stunning wood ceiling atrium with pub area. Free breakfast buffet, parking, wifi, and even surrounded by sales tax free shopping centers, and... More

I added another night to a stay on the front side of my trip. I was staying at the Hanover Inn but they were booked so the night before I checked into the Hanover Inn I stayed at the fireside Inn. There is a significant difference. The Fireside is hard to find at night as it's behind a large lumber... More

Some great features-fireplaces, massage chairs, microwave, large room. However, bathroom door sticks badly, faucet plug broken, dusty lamps. Unbelievably bad dinners & one bartender is AWFUL. This place has great potential but it needs a new manager to correct these issues.

We based our Mercedes Benz Club of America three state section fall car rally at the Fireside Inn over the weekend of October 15, 2016, and the people and the facility were a major part of it's success. The rooms were great, reasonably priced, and the room block we reserved ran very well. The included full buffet breakfast added to... More

We stayed here two weekends in a row because my Dad was in the hospital. We were offered a discounted rate through the hospital which we really appreciated. Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The complimentary hot breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. The only negative comment I have is that... More

I found this place from my AAA trip advisor. It ended up being a great central location to venture out and about and see the sights. We had a very nice room and was easy and convient to get my mother in and out. Clean rooms and very spacious bathroom. Restaurant has breakfast and dinner only. Which to us was... More

My wife was able to get a room here on a Saturday night in peak foliage-viewing season, which seemed like a miracle. The property was decent and included breakfast in the morning. Price was a bit steep, but reasonable during this high demand period.

This place has improved since my last visit. Before it was average and now it is very good. I had a great king room (#261) on the second floor that looked out the back and so was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom updated. I paid $135 per night. My only issue with the room was the... More
