Looks can be deceiving. The sign near road said newly renovated. We check in. What was newly renovated? Certainly not the room we were assigned. First is was a no smoking room that reeked of smoke it took hours for air to filter it out. The carpet was from the year one. The paint on walls just as old. The bathroom door was dirty I killed several bugs. The beds looked clean. I just hope they were and under the bed there were food wrappers from previous stayers which I didn’t see until following morning. We were charged for our service dog who did nothing but scratch his ass off all night. He better not have contracted fleas or worse. We will be returning to area but certainly not the unqualified quality inn
I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Lebanon and found it to be an excellent experience.I was very favorably impressed with the management and staff. They were helpful and very professional at all times. My room was clean and comfortable and there was plenty of hot water a nice breakfast and free Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
Booked two nights, stayed only one. They had washers and vacuums running until 1:30am, so very poor sleep. This is a very poor Choice property. There are stains, peeling paint, and damaged floors quite prevalent. Very different than a Comfort Inn.
The great news is this was the best hotel bed I have ever slept in, the room was quiet and clean. The was only one large towel and two hand towels, we asked for more as there was two of use and didn’t want to share a towel... we went out for the evening and when we came back there was no towels and the front desk was closed (at nine). Their takeaway breakfast due to Covid was stale brain muffins, apples, juice and coffee. Why didn’t they just say no breakfast, instead this was a joke and insult. I have been to other place, at least those had a variety of packaged muffins and other and other fruit. It could at least be called a continental breakfast. This was oh what a rip off.
I will start by saying I work night shift and I was looking for somewhere to sleep after work. Point being I’m not looking for much just a place to sleep and shower. The door to the room had no secondary lock in about a half inch of space between the door that anyone could’ve opened. No problem I just put a towel over it so no one could look through. Well I didn’t have to worry about somebody breaking in because somebody tried to access my room using your key at about noon. If you work night shift you realize that if you get woken up obviously it’s never usually good. No problem I get out of my bed closed all the way.The bed was clean and comfortable. I realize that I don’t have my toiletries kit about a day later. I called the main Desk and someone answers. I tell them the room number I stayed in and ask if they have seen my bag. Her reply was if you stayed in this room then you know we are not open till 6 AM. I said OK. The reply was OK?! And then they hung up. Maybe you should use a message machine? With a friendly voice and at least appear to be customer service oriented. Next time I will pay the extra 10 bucks and go somewhere else.…
