We stayed in room 204 this past weekend. Overall, I was really impressed with Summitt. The condo was large and perfect for 2 adults and 2 children - we stayed in a Signature Suite. After reading all the reviews I made sure to ask for a renovated room not on the 3rd floor. The kids loved the pool and playground....

We stayed here for a two night special because their pool was closed for the week. This is one of those hotels that require a minimum of 2 nights to stay which definitely makes it hard for people to return often. The prices are a little high without a special sale or package deal but the rooms are very spacious....

We found our end unit (305) very clean and comfortable. You are close to some very family friendly ski resorts and there are plenty of adequate restaurants to keep you from having to cook. The pool area was particularly welcoming and very inviting, especially the small slide for our 3 year old niece. Over all a pleasant spot for a...

Situated on top of a hill overlooking the lake, The Summit is a quiet and secluded getaway, yet just a mile or so down the hill you will find virtually every convenience and type of food you could need. Want pizza, chinese, or sushi delivered? No problem. Forget something? dollar store with anything you might require. Are the kids bored?...

This was our family's first trip to New Hampshire, and I chose The Summit Resort based on good reviews on different sites. The five of us (my wife, sister-in-law, myself and our two sons, ages 9 and 3) staying in suite 311, a large 2-bedroom with kitchen and laundry, with flat screen TVs in the living room and main bedroom,...

"We should come here more often", that is what my son said the moment we stepped into the unit. After reading previous reviews, I called up to asked for the newer units and was assured one.The unit is indeed spacious, very clean and has modern fittings in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Okay. I'm not a travel anob by any means. I've stayed in 3 stars and 5 star resorts/hotels. This place falls into a 3 star. In the pool clubhouse it has a beautiful pool with a slide, a grotto,a huge jacuzzi and a sauna. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo. It comes equipped with a washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms, 2...

We have stayed here before but the units were getting a little run down. This time we had one of the remodeled units and it was great- new floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new furniture, etc.... It's a great value for a 2 bedroom unit- just ask for a remodeled unit.

This resort was a little hard to find at first since we arrived after dark, but our unit was nice and roomy. We had a 2 bedroom unit with 2 baths. One bath had a huge Jacuzzi tub and the 2nd one had a shower. I wish the master bedroom had a shower as well, but it did not. The...

The Summit Resort needs some serious upgrades to their units. They are clean but ours had an odd smell when we first entered (which went away fairly quickly), the furniture was quite worn, there were holes and cracks in some of the walls and the paint was peeling in places. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, it was...
