nice and clean, sea view. although a bit dated, it was a nice enough room with a fridge and microwave, the beach and seafront is a 2 minute walk and there are bars and restaurants nearby. we went at the end of season , so there wasn't much open but we found a nice friendly pub with good food just... The motel is old with wood paneling, turquoise bathroom fixtures. That being said we have stayed her 3 times, check-in is always easy, staff polite and friendly. It is clean, usually quiet, we did have one night when we could hear the people in he other room VERY well, kids jumping on the beds and laughing and screaming until after... More

I was told this was a "beach" hotel". The entire property is in dire need of repair and refurbishment. The bathroom was tiled in the 70's, the bathroom heater had rust spots all over it. The carpet is probably 40 years old. Take pride in your property and give your customers the upgrade the hotel needs.

The air conditioner had mold above the slats where the air comes out. And the manager at the desk was not there when we checked out at 8 o'clock the following morning to get a receipt. There was a sign on the door stating he would not be in till 9A, just leave the keys in the room.

I've stayed at about 4 different places in Hampton Beach over the past 10 years. This place is on par with most motels in the vicinity. The room was quite clean, but very dated as are most places in Hampton Beach. Rooms have a fridge and a microwave which is nice. You are also 2 blocks from the Casino Ballroom... More

Booked the Tides on our way to the Beach Area. Basic accommodations about a block from the beach with a microwave and fridge. Could have been cleaner (unknown items under the dresser). The bed was OK and the A/C worked. Not sure what they're referring to about room service and there is no ice machine. It was an average place... More

As others have mentioned, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nice to have chairs and ashtrays outside each room. It was off-season, so not too many people so it was quiet. Make sure you buy your wine and beer before getting to the motel as the convenience across the street is more expensive. My negative point is that the... More

Very Convenient to the beach and Casino Ballroom. Friendly Staff who let me check in early with no problem. Appreciated that they have their own parking onsite. Beds were comfortable , room was clean and property was quiet. Chairs and ashtrays outside of everyroom. Only negative is that blanket had some small holes and need replacing, and no counter space... The Tides Motel is a very clean, basic motel, one block away from the beach and the boardwalk. You can easily walk to everything, which is key, since it costs at least $5 to park anywhere in Hampton Beach. Free parking at the motel. The room has nice pine paneling, not the cheap kind. It is a slightly older motel,... More

Spent a night at Hampton Beach. Didn't want to spend a fortune and wanted to be near the beach. Got a clean room with a king bed and a little sitting area. The bed was comfortable and linens were nice and clean. However the bathroom was small. I could barely use the facility, my shoulders were as wide as the... More
