Comfortable atmospheric New England inn with a very friendly staff, good breakfasts (we didn't try the dinners) and lots of historic charm. Only downside of so much antiquity was squeaky floorboards overhead and underfoot, particularly in the Carriage House. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.
We were traveling with our 17 year old son, who expected to sleep on the floor. We were upgraded into a suite with a queen and king sized bed. The suite was beautiful and the beds were the best hotel beds I can recall.
