The smell of cat urine in my "pet friendly" room was overwhelming. I literally checked under the bed to see if there was a litter box hidden. Pillows, linens, bedding, etc... smelled clean, but the overall odor was borderline unbearable.More

What are you referencing and who are you directing this question to? Booking a hotel room is a litle like adopting a dog - you never really know what you're getting until you get there and you have to live with it. And yes, I do blame the vendor if the information they provide obscures or fails to illuminate negative details (but that's a general comment, since I have no clue what you're specifically talking about in reference to Days Inn Concord). Seems to me, that's the blank that reviews like those on TripAdvisor are supposed to fill in based on the experiences of those who have been there....
