We stayed in a cabin with ensuite. All the facilities were in excellent condition, the kitchenette was very well set up with good pots, cutlery and all the implements you could need for simple meals. The hosts were very friendly and amenable. They have Happy Hour drinks around the fire but we were too tired after a day of bushwalking in the Warrumbungles NP. The town is interesting, they've preserved their history, it has character. It's only a half-hour drive to the NP.

This park is very welcoming and Scott and Janelle will do anything to make your stay worthwhile. Scott booked us into the hotel for dinner which was an excellent and cheap pub meal.
The amenities are very clean. We were each given a personal bath mat for use in the showers. We enjoyed the 5 o'clock happy hour where nibbles were provided and we got to meet other campers.

A great caravan park with very welcoming and friendly hosts in Scott and Janelle.
The park offers grass sites with access to a herb garden, clean amenities, pet friendly with a dog run. Happy hour every day at 5 with an fire pit. Booked in for 1 night and ended up staying for 4 nights in this delightful caravan park. Would recommend and stay again.

we stayed here 3 nights in our camper trailer. We were met by Scott who helped us out with getting into our camper (arrived to find the keys were still at home). They have 5pm snacks and BYO drinks for you to get to meet with fellow travellers. Great facilities, great pool, and an easy 200m walk to the pub for dinner. We also enjoyed staying in a grassy environment and no highway noise. Will definitely travel here again and thoroughly recommend anyone who wants a quiet getaway. Just remember, internet is patchy. Easy drive to the Warrumbungles for day walks and sight seeing.

On the road touring NSW and Qld for 7 weeks and in our final week on our way back to Canberra we pulled into TCP for a drive through for the night. Drive through sites have been well thought out and plenty of green grass. What a beautiful van park and it starts with the welcome and finishes with the wave good bye. You know you have been appreciated. This includes the COVID friendly happy hour with the chairs around the camp fire spaced 1.5m apart. That beautiful smell of burning red box can be smelt all over the park at 4pm. This is one park that will draw you back. No longer will we be staying in Coonababran. Amenities are clean, however I would like to see shower screens/curtains. My pet hate is getting dried and dressed in a damp area. However this aside we will definitely become a regular. Thanks for the great time Scotty and Jenelle. I can see why the reviews have been 5 star. Stay safe. Stew and Ann.

Best little country caravan park we've stayed in. Good base camp for exploring around the area.
Scott and Janelle the hosts were really friendly, accommodating, full of information.
The park itself is so cute, clean, tidy and amenities were clean. Pet friendly and has a pool.
We'll be back for sure.

Scott and Janelle are truly the heart and soul of this peaceful and welcoming little park. They are lovely people whose good nature only add to the experience of being nestled in such a scenic location. We only stayed one night but on our next trip we’ll devote more time to exploring the area and will happily make Scott and Janelle’s park our base.
Thank you!

Our first time at this caravan park and we'll be back. Stayed 4 nights. Thanks Scott & Janelle. The drive through grassy with cement padded site was great. So peaceful with friendly town folk too. Even the locals in the pub make you feel welcome!! Lots of things to see in Tooraweenah too. Historical walk around the town I loved. Great to see the efforts of the town folk appreciating their past and willing to share it with tourists like ourselves. The lookout towards the Wurrumbungles which is a short drive out of town is worth a stop. Short 35 min drive to Wurrumbungles from here and then onto the Telescope at Sidings Springs. The Lookout at White Gums gives the best view of the Wurrumbungles in the National Park. Tooraweenah is really the gateway to the Wurrumbungles. We LOVED it.

An oasis caravan park, a very proud, nostalgic, historical town. A very covid alert caravan park , makes you feel safe and comfortable. Amenities clean and have rails and accessible shower chairs.
Social (covid safe) happy hour. Drive through sites, it is a very friendly small very lived and cared for park,
