Cindy the innkeeper was super helpful throughout our stay and the entire staff took excellent care of us! We hope to make this an annual event!!!...

Mahalo!! We were so fortunate that you chose to stay at The Adair to celebrate your son's graduation from the Boston Conservatory and that we were able to spend time getting to know you. Your family certainly radiates the "Aloha" spirit that I always feel when I visit the islands. Hope to see you again very soon! A hui kaua........

What a beautiful place. The rooms so very comfortable and the entire inn has not lost it's 1920s charm and decor. We would love to return when the grounds are in bloom. Our meals were simply delicious, truly 5*. The hats and all the books a wonderful touch. a definite must stop in Bethlehem.

So happy you enjoyed your stay with us Christina.... thanks so much for the great review! The grounds of Adair are amazing any season, but the spring and summer bring so many colorful blooms and greenery. You'll have to come back when you can stroll leisurely through our gardens and stop to "smell the roses" along with all of the...

We have been coming to Adair for the last several years, and under new inn keepers (Cindy and Tom) Adair Country Inn and Restaurant has only gotten better! I think one of the nicest improvements is their own restaurant -gosh, the food is spectacular. In fact, on our last visit (September 2016) we had dinner at Adair Friday night and...

For the last 7 years, we have come to Adair with a group of friends for a hiking week-end and costumed dinner . Cindy and Tom did an awesome job to keep up the very high standards of Adair we have been accustomed to. Everything was organised to our liking, the food was perfect. We are already looking forward to...

We were referred to The Adair Inn for dinner by our lovely hosts at The Sunset Hill Inn (Sugar Hill NH). We were looking for upscale dining to celebrate a family member's birthday. We had a great stay this past weekend in NH, despite the rain. The fireplace makes it so cozy there. The Franconia room was spacious and comfortable! The breakfast and dinner were simply delicious. The hosts Cindy and Tom most gracious, as was all the staff there. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

The Adair Country Inn and Restaurant is a romantic retreat nestled on 200 acres of private property in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. With nine charming and comfortably appointed rooms, you'll want to cuddle up in our feather beds with the fireplace on. In the morning, you'll wake up to the smell of popovers that are baked fresh daily and served with our three course gourmet breakfast. Venture out on one of the many trails of Adair where you may see moose, black bear, or even some wild turkeys. Take up a rousing game of tennis or a fierce shuffleboard competition in the afternoon. Enjoy some tea on the patio overlooking the spectacular grounds designed by the Olmsted Brothers. In the evening, join us in the bar for a cocktail before dining at our highly acclaimed restaurant. After dinner, take up a friendly game of pool in our Granite Room on our circa 1920 pool table, before retiring to your room where you'll feel as though you're sleeping on a cloud.
