We had to drive from Las Vegas to Reno and chose this historic hotel midway to break up our trip both ways. It is a restored Victorian Hotel with old furniture found in the basement of the hotel and reupholstered in velvet fabrics to represent the area. We had a charming room and a nice feature on each floor (5...

I fell in love with this hotel at first site! Our room (standard 2 queen) was beautiful! The beds were comfy, the hotel restaurant had great food, the staff was extremely friendly. Everything was just perfect!

We stayed only one night. Wish we could have spent more time here. History of this hotel is really interesting and the renovation is exceptional. We had dinner in the Resturant and had a lovely, if smallish, room with a king sized bed. Pet friendly, but no grass anywhere nearby. Wifi was free, but clumsy to use due to log-in...

Absolutely loved staying at The Mizpah Hotel. It was like taking a step back in time. The entire staff were so welcoming and helpful. The decor is so beautiful. In addition our room was so nicely decorated and our stay was very restful. We were fortunate to meet the owners, Fred and Nancy Cline while we were there. They have...

I had never been to Tonopah Nevada but my friend is a big fan of ghost hunting and shows like ghost adventures. Apparently, there are many accounts of paranormal activity throughout this town including the Mizpah Hotel! We had to take a trip and decided we'd stay the night here just for fun. When we arrived the place had me...

Although I didn't meet the ghost of the "Lady In Red", everything else was close to perfect. The hotel is beautiful, and the renovation's attention to detail is amazing. The room was wonderfully appointed, the staff was above courteous, and the food was delicious. If you can conjure up an excuse to visit Tonopah, NV, make certain you stay at...

Stayed overnight as I was in the area on business. Chose Mizpah for the historic aspect. Very nice hotel. Bed was comfortable, 5th floor room was quiet. No ghosts. View from the room was ok. That side of building has alot of light. Staff checked in with us to make sure room was to our liking (it was), we had...

Let's face it - I love this place. I chose to drive from Boise to Vegas through Tonopah just so my friends and I could stay at the Mizpah. Dinner in the restaurant was very good even though they were busier than I'd ever seen; service still good. As we were leaving the next morning we popped into the room...

Very friendly staff! We were there for a school field trip to the Tonopah Mining museum and Death Valley and they were awesome. We were a group of 16 and they accommodated us perfectly. They let us use their meeting room to eat as a group and were very helpful.

I've stopped here several times and enjoyed the excellent bar restaurant. This trip I decided to stay here instead of the Best Western (it was actually a bit cheaper at the Mizpah). All of the comments about the good service, fine decor and historic features are accurate. It is a beautiful property. But it is also old and there are...
