We stayed here because I wanted to stay her. Haunted, kitschy, clowns, creepy cemetery, if you like all that, it's perfect! We arrived and it's a motel, the pictures on here are a prefect representation of what you're going to find.

The rooms were clean and every thing works. That said they mattresses are tired and need replacing as well as the television. Very friendly night clerk (and maintenance guy) who checked us in. The place was packed and we got the last 2 rooms. Very...More
Pulled into Tonopah late on Memorial Day weekend. Any hotel with a room was charging excessively for the privilege of staying there, but not the Clown. They had rooms for a very low price which was welcome. There were some issues. The clown motifs were...More

I was delighted with this motel. Definitely a novel experience. Barring the transparent creepiness, the locality is infested with black cats and the cleaning-man wears clown pants! 😂 The room was clean enough and the staff was friendly.

I don't believe you can make reservations over the internet. When we were there in early June, the hotel was only available on Friday through Sunday because of a large number of construction workers in town. They are building a new solar facility near by and workers are driving over (100) miles to find hotels. We stayed Friday and Saturday with no problem but our reservation was written in a book. Call for the weekend. We had fun at the hotel and Tonopah has a very interesting history.
