Nice place, good for families, away from most retail, lots of stairs, great access to snow & slopes. Be prepared to pack your food amenities in, up flights of stairs. Sleds and board games offered at front desk, if you are so inclined.

We have come up to this rental about once a year for the last 7 years or so and everytime we enjoy it and the things we can do nearby more and more! About the only downfall about it is that you have to take about a 5 minute drive to get to the shared pool area. However, there is...

We love our view. We did have to climb stairs, but well worth it. Would stay here again and again. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen is well stocked with all the items needed to cook and eat with. Staff is very attentive and helpful.

The condos are at about 7,700 feet so be sure you can handle that altitude We were lucky to obtain a condo that didn't have the many stairs most units have. The condominium developments on the Kingsbury Grade are a great location for skiing Heavenly Valley. There is a shuttle but you need to walk down a steep slope to...

Steep stair to get to your room, room was dark and dingy, accommodations are lacking the only time I have ever gone to Tahoe and not had a good time. Will never go to Tahoe summit village again. I do not believe even a remodel could help. There is a decent restaurant that make a good bloody mary just down...

The location is at the top of the mountain. You need to go through winding roads to get to the resort but once you get there, the view is fantastic. The room is clean and complete of everything from dishes, pots, and pans, washer/dryer inside the unit. Jacuzzi in the master bedroom! Crazy huh? We got hit with snow falls...

This is a neat and clean property suitable for families. Good scenic location at reasonable cost for relaxation and enjoyment of South Lake Tahoe . One has to climb a number of stairs to get to the room that may not be convenient for aged persons of the family. There are no elevators. Almost 50 plus stairs to reach the...

Upon calling, to confirm our reservation, they "Failed" to tell me it was at 7700 feet elevation. It was stated on Google and by a phone call that it was at 6400 feet., this was NOT true. We arrived on Saturday, checked in at 4PM. I had called and requested a lower floor room as there are 98 stairs and...

This s is a great place with wonderful accommodations. We had a two bedroom condo which was very comfortable. We didn't care for the curvy road down to Lake Tahoe every day. We found the restaurants up in the village not that great. This girl s a great place for hiking and skiing.

Well! My husband and I are here on a last minute weekend trip. Got the condo with my mom's timeshare and drove here last night. The place is okay! It's not my type of place to begin with but it was free and we decided to take advantage of it. The unit we have is clean but it very dated...
