We traded our timeshare for this property. It is adequate, but nothing special. We did not have any views. The kitchen is pretty tight, more than one person really would not fit. The Wi-Fi was meager. There are a lot of stairs, if this is an issue for you, you should reconsider. The nice thing was the deep soaker Jacuzzi...

We stayed here for 3 weeks as a family of 4 in a 2 bedroom apartment with a pretty well equipped kitchen. We even made cookies during our stay. There were settings for 12 which was great as you don’t need to be constantly doing dishes. The washing machine and dryer was located in one of the cupboard in the...

My family and I have stayed at 90% of the condos located around the Heavenly Stagecoach lift and just returned from the worst experience we have had in many years. First, to say the walls and ceilings are "thin" would be an understatement -- there can be no such thing as Quiet Hours when you can hear every footstep, every...

Pam the manager is so nice, and so helpful. She stayed late one night so my guests could have their family over for games. We had such fun, and we couldn't have done it without a warm, helpful manager. Our unit was clean, fully equipped, and ready for us.

My partner and I have spent three weeks here during summer for several years. While this is an older property that we have known since the early 1980s, upkeep, remodeling, and TLC have kept units modern, and comfortably appointed. Dishwasher and washer/dryer make it easy to go home with clean clothes. Linens are always white and fluffy, units are clean...

I did an exchange through International Interval to Royal Aloha in Stateline Nevada from July 18-25, 2016. Monday to Monday which is great for avoiding traffic. Check in could not have been easier. Pam Bricker , the manager, is delightful. Not only does she want you to have a good time , however you want to do it, but she...

When we got there the lady at the front desk was very rude. The rooms have a AC control but not vents for AC so there is no AC. The room is ok. The people at the desk dont work sunday or saturday so u have to check urself. You have people constantly working on the buildings making noises and...

Yes, they have free wifi in the room with decent performance. Pool and hot tub were shared with all of the other resorts in the village as is the parking. It was a bit too far to walk to the pool and hot tub. There is huge eyesore next to the pool, an unfinished and abandoned multi-story skeleton of concrete...

We drove up to the property which is on a one way street, and walking distance to the heavenly lift, and we were greeted with a friendly hello and coffee, and cake. Our room was comfortable and well equipped with a lovely view of a gentle slope covered with snow. We enjoyed the two bedroom and the fire place. We...

Great location near all attractions in the South Lake Tahoe area . Condos are clean and well taken care of. Each of the condos have TV's , clock radios and thermostats to control heat. The kitchens are complete and a washer /dryer is also provided in each unit. The Property Manager, Pam Bricker is very helpful and is a good...
