Don't go. Hopeless run hotel. Spent your money somewhere else. Remember, after you book a pay they slap on a facility tax/ resort tax. Organized crime 2016. Phoned 5 times for babycrib. Took 4 hours to get to us. Full complimentary set of nice long black hair in the shower upon arrival. And Someone thought putting in a vertical guillotine...

We spent three nights 12/19-12/22 and had two rooms. I had the worst sleep ever! The pillows are small, too soft, and worn out. Cheap pillows. The Choice Hotels have 2 soft and two firm pillows to satisfy a night's rest. Not this hotel. Upon arriving I had crumbs on my floors, candy wrappers.red jelly bean. a piece of wood...

The renovated rooms look nice but some details were definitely overlooked. The lighting in the bathroom is very dim, nice for regular use but awful for trying to get ready in - they really need to brighten it up around the vanity/mirror. The towels are cheap, they are thin and somewhat scratchy. The bed is not that comfortable, just sitting...

Road our mountain bikes all day and came back to the big room and GIANT shower, enjoying it to the fullest, big enough for a bunch of people but two is just perfect! Great water pressure and head!!! Defiantly coming back. Located across from a delicious mimosa and Bloody Mary bar, or adjacent to CVS so ice cream at 12am...

hotel was beautiful and most of the staff was very friendly. The rooms were beautiful and the jacuzzi was awesome. Won some money in the casino which is always great and the food was good too. Only dissapointment was the pool was out of order due to repair work, but overall loved it and will definitely go again! 😃

Of all the casinos in Stateline, this one is the cleanest and most newly renovated. Brand new slots and game tables. love some of the electronic games, including the $1 craps, which is a great way to learn the complicated game.

We booked this hotel hoping to use the pool and spa facilities which were closed. We were not told about this upon arrival but only upon asking where the pool was. When we arrived in the room the TV didn't work and despite booking a non smoking room, the room smelled like cigarettes. It took 2 phone calls to the...

My husband and I drove up on a Fri in November for a wedding. The room was very ok, clean but spare. That was okay as check in was easy and we weren't planning on being in the room much. The restaurants need sooo much help though! Cafe del Soul was weak, Ciera wouldn't seat us at 9:15 PM on...

We stayed here for two nights while on a road trip. The only reason we selected this hotel was because of the pool. However, after checking in and unpacking we went down to swim and found out the pool was closed indefinitely. The website had not alerted us to this at the time of booking, nor had they explained it...

Wow! That is probably the only way that I could describe my experience at this hotel, and not in a pleasant way. My boyfriend and I decided to splurge a little and spend our two year anniversary here. There were so many things that went wrong, I ended up writing a list. The pool was closed, which was not disclosed...
